Had a bad experience today at Hall?s Chicken customer service was bad this lady always work the drive threw dark complexion.... Tall with all them golds in her mouth explains her rudeness. I been eating this chicken practically sense I was a teen they overcharge you and only give you handful of fries. I ask her could she give me more fries she states that this ain?t. McDonaldswateva that was about my hold purpose is she didn?t care that?s why I want be going back because I don?t have to spend hardearn money with them . Well don?t not go if you have somewhere to because you definitely have to wait 30 minutes..then they sent a lady in the cold and... rain to take orders!! Poor lady..I just don?t understand why they haven?t fixed there darn speaker box?heck they make themoney!! I gave 3 stars because the chicken didn?t disappoint even though they DID NOT add my extra seasoning as I requested? butthey definitely need to upgrade.. it?s 2022. A long standing establishment for 30+ years should definitely have a speaker andaccommodations for the EXTREMELY LONG WAIT! The reason I rated it like so cause it was 7:42 Sunday night & I was waiting in line to get something to eat heading on the road... to Shreveport. I stayed in line till 8:22 for them to RUDELY tell me they CLOSED!! really? Do better. I DESERVE a discount!! Gastoo HIGH !! Read more
Food was sooo Salty , I ordered Crispettes W/fries and a Link Basket.. Lots of salt all over the bread and fries and chicken..... It says on the window they don't use seasoned salt.. But you use salt so much salt that's even bad. Chicken taste wasn't good,just plain. Links were not tasty , they should have fried them. No Toast just light bread, where you get a link basket at withno toast?? And the portion sizes are not worth the price they give you these little cartons trays.. A hand full of fries fullof salt.. Then they Only have bottled drinks for $2.27 No ice or fountain drinks .. NO napkins in bags Not worth my health, ( salty High blood pressure) Price and Time .. We never heard of this place before and happen to stop by. The women at the window was patient and answered all our questions... about flavor and options etc. I'm expecting typical fried chicken and wings, buy I tell you what. 06/25/2022 approx 8:15 p.m. I drove 15 miles to go to my favorite chicken place. When I received the Chicken it wasnt fresh. I... asked for fresh chicken & was told that it just came up. The reason I'm giving a 1-star because of another staff. A dark completion lady, with hazel eyes, that take orders at the... window does not have good customer service skills at ALL, PERIOD!. Need to be trained on how to approach a customer in takingtheir order and when they say "Thank you", dang! Its's not going to hurt to say "You welcome." Smh. My husband went there lastnight, this lady offered bad service, with an attitude. I went again tonight, the same lady, nasty attitude. She's in thewrong business, when dealing with people. Chicken was delicious. Would have given 5 stars but I had to wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and it was only 3 people... in front of me. I used my whole lunch break in the drive line and had to eat my food on the way back so I couldn't enjoy it likeI wanted to. Read more
