Trash, there was no raspberry lemonade (one of the reasons I choose Golden Chick). I got over that only to find there was no ice... cream. It looks as though preparing lemonade and ice cream are too arduous of tasks because there doesn?t seem to have been anyattempt on either for some time. This is no doubt the worst establishment in this franchise I've visited. Drive thru line is pre and post covid to long all the... time. Going inside Is no better, like the focus is 1 order at a time. Last straw, I went here for my son. Drive thru line had 3cars waiting to place an order so thateans at least 6 cars ahead of the last car, at the speaker. This is the worst Golden Chicken in the state of Texas they should shut this place down! I paid for 2, 9 piece wicked wings meals. 30 dollars. Got home 2 , 6 pieces the chicken wasn?t fresh, rice was dry and crusty... the roll was dry and crispy. Not at all what it what I paid for. Read more
When I went there they had closed the dining room early yet they still had someone in there eating with the doors locked. Told... me I had to go through the drive-thru and I tried to explain to the person that my vehicle is over 8 feet tall. He did not seemto care if I damage my vehicle are not going through the drive-thru or their building for that matter. Went through thedrive-thru and place my order for a 6-piece regular chicken strip dinner. When I got to the window to get my order I had to usethe extra wide portion of the drive-thru keep from hitting the building, and when I got to the window there was about five orsix workers there. When the male that was working the window notice me said something to his coworkers and all but one of thefemales laughed and she looked embarrassed by what was said. I went through the drive thru and it was moving just a little slow and there was a lot of young people working there so I... thought surely something would be messed up unto my pleasent SUPRISE...
