I was pretty stoked about this new location. I am new to the area. The server was kind and the cashier. But i really wish it... could be cleaner i was really disappointed how poorly stocked everything was the lobby was a mess almost every table was dirty !The girls in the line really looked like she hated her job! Now I?ve had plenty of experience in my past life in that industryand i couldn?t of been more disappointed to the point where i was telling my husband i was going to help the gentleman helpclean ! He seemed pretty upset and i would understand having enough staff and doing it himself as an ex employee of chipotle inthe past years I?ve never experienced anything like that if the staff isn?t doing their job something has to be done. For this location to be fairly new, they keep it so dirty especially where they keep the food to serve people. I normally get... pinto beans, but it looked very dried up and clumped together. I am very disappointed at this location for the 2nd time. Notonce did the lady who served my family and I thought to clean up the counter where she is serving the food. Food was not freshespecially the rice and just didn't have the overall taste that I normally get from chipotle! Even though I am closer to thislocation.I will take that drive to the one on Wheatland to receive better service, because this is just unacceptable!!! Somepeople just don't care!!! Read more
I was very excited to have a Chipotle so close to my home, but I was disappointed once I went in. I guess they aren't too busy... because the food wasn't hot and fresh. It seemed to have been sitting there for a while. I'm used to driving to the one off of20 and wheatland. That location always has hot and fresh food being turned around quickly. Me and family love chipotle, we were excited about the new location opening since is just around the corner. I have not had a... bad service, but the chips are not like the other locations, I can?t taste the lime and salt. Usually love Chipotle. This is a newer location. Drive through line was long. Inside line was long. Many customers standing... around waiting on food from the kitchen. I decided to go ahead and wait. This location needs some help. Service was weak.Portions were off AKA skimpy compared to other locations. See photo. For the prices they charge I expected more. The chips wereOK but the bag was only 20% full. I understand the bag is never filled. But 20%???? The bag stands 10 inches tall but the chipswere less than 2 inches on the bottom. Really Chipotle??? I am pretty stoked about this brand new chipotle in my neighborhood and made sure to go the first chance I got. The place is a... little small but very clean and the food was good. The dine in service was not what is should have been though. There were onlytwo people in line counting myself but the young lady on the veggies was really not paying attention at all to what she wasdoing so it took several minutes to get my burrito. Read more
I go to this chipotle a lot and I usually think the food is good. However, as of lately they've become poorly. My serving bowl... is less, and I wait in a long line. But today was far from perfect. My food was half empty when I got it. But also, my meattasted funny and was very squish and even a little pink looking. I'm truly disappointed. Read more
