This Zaxby?s used to always be such a great place to go to but lately with the new drive through and the curbside it?s nothing... but a mess and the food has gone down hill. Sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes, had a whole conversation with the employee who took my order about the loaded fries... (which is what I ordered) finally make it to the window and receive only to receive the wrong item. Go inside to get my ordercorrected, wait in line for an additional 10 minutes and Arthur tells me that I would have to be refunded (which would take24-48 hours before the funds reflected in my account) and then I could reorder my food. If you order curbside don't reply to the email with your location. This store won't look at it they don't have their tablet out... to see it. There are no signs to tell you where to park for curbside pickup or with a number to call. Five of my chicken stripswere smaller than a pack of sauce. Drive-thru for 2 sides, I literally live right behind this location and have only been twice, including today. Asked for ketchup... and Honey Mustard sauce, instead of Ranch and they tried to upcharge me. Got back to my apartment, fries were obviouslyundercooked and/or held and no ketchup. So, I took them right back. There was a young lady, behind the counter, who appeared tobe possibly a crew lead who was incredibly rude. I explained I ordered ketchup and she pointed to a condiment holder and told meit was right there. I said, I went to the drive-thru, it should have been in the bag. She told me to just grab it. On our most recent trip to South Carolina we decided to explore few chicken sandwich spots that we don't see near Chicago. We... stopped here to try Zexbys chicken sandwich for the first time and the staff took their time to explain the menu to us andrecommended few menu items.
