I went to this Sonic location on 10/4/22 after arriving at GSP. We ordered a #1 combo with tots, a Supersonic double... cheeseburger, no ketchup, add mustard, and a chicken slinger. The tots were inedible and looked like they had re-fried acouple of times. The chicken slinger was old and dried out but I ate it. The Supersonic double had two small patties and onelarger one. All three were very old and dry. They obviously just used whatever was laying around. There were not othertoppings except mustard and KETCHUP. This experience cost $18.06. I have contacted Sonic twice and was told both time thesomeone from corporate or the store would call me, they haven't. A few weeks later I received an email giving me two freecheeseburgers. The problem was not the cheeseburger. Is it just the cheapest burger or the least cost? Very poor foodquality, and no customer service. Read more
I don't eat a lot of fast food, but the Sonic double bacon cheeseburger is one of the best out there! I do wish that fast food... drive thrus would limit the amount of food that can be ordered... I sat behind a family of 5 and listened to them order one ofeverything on the menu. Needless to say, this was a bit of a pain since I ordered a simple, single #3 and had to wait longerthan necessary. Thankfully an employee came out with my order and allowed me to be on my way- otherwise, I'd likely still bewaiting for the family of circus clowns ahead of me... Read more
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!! Simple order. After waiting 30 minutes pushed the button again. Waited another 30... minutes!!!! entered and asked if there was a problem. Employees could not care less. Literally the only car here. Worstexperience ever!!!! Read more
I went to a sonic at 9 pm. I sat at the ordering place with the light on for half an hour. We went to a different slot and we... were told it was drive thru only. The lady taking our order was rude. Twice did I have to ask them to add a mix in into myslushie yet it still was left out. When she fixed it she was still rude about it. Read more
Tonight I waited 30 minutes to get 2 double burger meals and 2 side orders of popcorn chicken. But instead of getting just that,... I paid for a pretzel twist and French toast sticks (that I never once asked for) and did not receive my pop corn chicken. Alsomy food was ice cold. Been coming here for the past year since living in Duncan. Yes there have been times that were bad due to short staffing, but... hey that?s everywhere. The last 3 times I have gone have been phenomenal. My food has come out quickly and fresh. And I justleft, and the carhop was the sweetest and went the extra mile. I think his name was Patrick.
