Asked for a cheeseburger with only mayo, lettuce, and onion. Got a cheeseburger with everything on it, even ketchup. The coffee... looks like milk. Iced coffee isn't supposed to be that light. They have bad customer service here too. Read more
I don't know who runs this McDonald's but whoever it is should promote the woman who works the window during the week at lunch... time. This lady is fast and efficient. I can get in and out of this McD so fast at lunchtime in the drive through and trust meit's a long line. The one on East Main Street needs lessons from this McD. But I really believe it's the woman running the pickup window because she is always on it. Read more
This is the only McDonald's where the food didn't taste like McDonald's. I thought everything was supposed to be standard? I... tried to go back and waited at the counter for 10 minutes of my break just to walk out without ever having my order taken. Mylast straw was seeing bugs crawl across their giant menu behind the counter. Never going back to this low quality McDonald'sever again. Read more
Young man at the window was very rude. The young lady Jazz has zero customer service skills. She throws food out the window so... fast. Don't ask for anything like a straw she rolls her eyes let's window close. I like McDonald's but these 2 don't need todeal with customers face to face. Read more
Went through the Drive-thru. We did 2 separate orders. 1st order was 1 Strawberry/Watermelon Slushy! 2nd order was 2 Big Mac's!... Pay at the 1sr window then pull to the 2nd window where they hand us the bag with the 2 Big Mac's and then was asked to pullforward to wait on the slushy! Um, what? Smh! Read more

Long hair inside of burger. I immediately lost my appetite and threw away all of my food. Food was cold also. I did not have... time to return for hot food. I lost money, couldn?t eat my food and had to order somewhere else. I have ordered here before andfood is fresh/ hot about 50% of the time. It is a hit or miss. I don?t mind it not being hot sometimes because I just order formy kids, but today I got something for myself and couldn?t eat it. Read more
For the 3rd straight time, I purchased a breakfast meal and was "upgraded" to a medium coffee even after I requested I only... receive the small coffee that comes with the meal. The 1st time, I considered it a mistake. The 2nd time too. I wrote this offuntil today when I made it very, very clear I did not want to 99 cent plus tax upgrsde. I got it again.
