Worst service ever! The night time manager literally hung up on me twice when I asked what time does the store manager work the... next day. He was super disrespectful, had no empathy, and jokingly said "Happy Halloween" in a funny way after I expressed thatmy hungry 6 year old waited 40 minutes to get a pizza when they told us it would only take 10-15 minutes! Never eat at this LilCaesars again and I will make sure that my 4000+ friends on FB know this horrible experience! Read more

Pizza was not cooked long enough, looked as though it was just threw together, stomach was hurting for two days
Called in my order and was told it would take 20 min. Showed up and two pizzas were done and sitting there(not under a heater)... waited an additional 10 min before the 3rd pizza got done. After I came in and ordered my food I was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. After waiting a half an hour and also after hearing... someone back in the kitchen asked twice if they had put my Hawaiian in the oven with no response I went up to the counter. A fewminutes later the two other pizzas and breadsticks that I ordered were cold and the Hawaiian had a ton of liquid in the middle.Terrible customer service never came to check on me one time to let me know what was going on with my pizzas even though I wassitting in their Lobby. The prices at this location are higher than the other locations in the area. (ExtraMostBestest pizza is $6.55 here vs. $6 in... Inman and Spartanburg, thin crust is $7.50 vs. $7, stuffed crust is $10 vs. $9, Crazy Bread is $3.99 vs. $2.75, etc.) However,the higher price didn't bother me nearly as much as the product I received. In addition to charging more, they skimp out on thetoppings. The crust was two inches from the edge of the pizza to the toppings. It's like they put the toppings for a smallpizza on a large crust. Increasingly disappointed with this Little Caesars. Too much crust edge, not enough sauce and cheese to edge AND very cheap on... the cheese all around. If I wanted breadsticks I would?ve bought some! This was like eating 4 bites of cheese pizza and the restwas crust and sauce till I got to an inch of crust that?s too tough to chew.
