Went at 9:25 PM for a late dinner. When we got to the speaker the worker told us they were out of everything we tried to order.... She said they were out of chicken completely because they were about to close. It was still 35 minutes until closing time. Wentto the taco bell next door and saw them cut off their lights as another potential customer pulled in the parking lot. Would notrecommend. Read more
Here are my reasons for 1 star rating. 1. Person behind the counter never spoke. Didn't ask any questions or say thank you. ... The look on her face was more like, "I don't want to be here". 2. Eating area was very cold in temperature, several peoplecomplained. 3. Was unable to get a fork for my mashed potatoes, I used the roll instead. 4. Unable to get ketchup for the fries,did without. 5. Smallest thigh I've ever seen. The leg was small too. 6. Personally I didn't like the music either. Soundedlike someone's personal play list. 7. For the price of $6, not worth it. Tonight was my very last visit here. Waited in the drive thru, placed my order, waited again in drive thru, finally got to the... window and the lady said.. we are out of Chicken tenders, I said then give me chicken nuggets, lady said we are out of chickennuggets.. I said what about my chicken little sandwich, she said we don't have that either. What did I wait in the drive thrufor??? Why even take an order?? How can KFC be out of chicken?? This location was unable to find my mobile order. Drive thru was a 15 min wait. They really need to take lessons from... I?m glad I stir my mashed potatoes up before I eat them or I would?ve gotten a mouthful of gravy and powder.
My trip to the hwy 290 KFC was not very pleasing. I ask for wings, not hot or spicy. When I went to have my dinner my box... contained hot/spicy barbecue short wings. It was too late to go back and since I had not cooked, I had to eat them. But Icouldn't, the meat showed injured, bruised pieces of chicken that tasted bad and looked even worse. Why is the location closing at 9:30??? They turn off all the outside signs and just hide and peak their heads out while I sit at... the window trying to order, I hope the district manager is made aware of this issue. You have people making you lose money. Read more
