I am a visitor from out of town. I stopped at this Jimmy John's because I am familiar with the restaurant. The manager was so... very nice and welcoming. Ordered a number 10 unwich and got one piece of meat and cheese. Not even close ladies and gentlemen.
They seem like nice people so I'm not gonna give them a super low rating but Jesus, you guys need to like READ the tickets... before making the sandwiches, this is the 3rd time I've been to this location and ordered my hunters club with Dijon and onionsand gotten neither of those ingredients put on. I am writing this review because I hate being lied to. I have ordered several times from Jimmy John?s since the Duncan location... opened. Usually, the delivery is correct and quick. Tonight, however, my order didn?t show. After waiting about half an hour, Icalled the store and was told that the driver said he delivered my food. He also claimed he knocked on the door. NO ONE knockedon my door!!!! He claimed to have left it in front of my door but there were people walking up toward my floor when he wasleaving. I always hear people if they are coming up my stairwell if sitting at the kitchen table (where I was sitting tonight).There were no people walking up the steps the entire time I waited. They finally agreed to send a new order of my food. Thedelivery person told the same lie to my face when I asked if he figured out what went wrong the first time. I live in a largeapartment complex so I would have understood if the person told me the food was accidentally left at the wrong door. People makemistakes- I get it but it is NOT okay to lie about it when I know you didn?t knock or leave food at my door!!!!!! Management -talk to your people about how to better manage these situations. Read more
