We had Taco Revolution cater our wedding with their all you can eat taco bar. It was fantastic! The food was prepared fresh, you... had the option to have them make the tacos the way they suggests or modify it. It hit all of the dietary options without havingto create multiple meal selections. They have lots of choices of different types of tacos but the pork belly ones are famous. The truck is in the brewery parking... lot so you can have a taco with your beer. You can sit outside at the brewery or at the picnic tables in front of the truck.It's a great spot for an outdoor meal. Read more
This taco truck has officially won me over! It?s well worth the 2 min drive off the beaten path up island... Chill staff, quick... and easy lunch. We hired the Taco Revolution food truck to cater our wedding this past weekend, and they knocked it out of the park! I have... never seen so many grown men excited for wedding food. The guests have been raving about it since! The food was AMAZING, thetruck staff were super friendly, and Michelle was very responsive and lovely to work with while planning. We had 40 guests andthe wait was very short for everyone to get their first plates (then we all went back for more!).
