Their pizza is good; fresh hot and priced well. I ordered a donair as well; the meat was not fresh, it tasted a bit rotten so I... smelled it and indeed it was at its turning point. I called to let them know; he argued that the meat was fresh. I told him thatI had to trash it. He assured me that he would write it down.???? If there is a next time for me I will be taking my firstbite there so I can get a refund instead of a promise to write about it????. Read more

Ali Baba Duncan has been a favourite of ours for some time. Great staff ..always courteous and on time .. unfortunately the last... two pick up orders . Burnt thin crust. I noticed there was only one employee there both times . Recognize we live in unusualcircumstance. I?ll continue as a customer. My review ?. only a gentle push to the owners. Ali Baba succeeds with its unique and delicious, albeit pricey, pizzas. This location treated me with fantastic customer... service, going above and beyond by walking to my car in the parking lot to hand me my order. Highly recommend for great pizza,but just be prepared to pay more than expected. Read more

Pizza by the slice is a good deal but pizza was essentially flavorless and sauce was watery. Not great, not terrible.

I used to love this place, but since they changed their menu options about 5 years ago I haven't liked some of the pizza... options. But that not the issue with the low rating... honestly pizza wise it's still good... but my issues are: When I call toplace an order whoever takes my call some how manages to mess my order up somehow, either wrong pizza, wrong toppings, wrongcrust etc.. another time when they delivered they pulled into my neighbors driveway. When they realized it was the wrong addressthe DROVE ACROSS MY LAWN TO MY DOOR instead of pulling back out on the road and up my driveway. And lastly... the cleanliness ofthe shop in duncan itself is disgusting... the doors and windows are Filthy. The pop fridge is dirty and the warmer that theykeep the sliced pizzas in looks like it's never been cleaned. I used to really like it a lot better when they opened more than 20 years ago in Victoria they used to have an item on the menu... called gourmet it had sun-dried tomatoes artichoke hearts pesto feta and mozzarella cheese it was excellent and it's only $4.20for the same size slice that's now $6.50. However times have changed and they don't offer that item anymore, they're a goodchoice but Authentic Pizza on Trunk road still beats them 10 to 1 every time! Read more
