Never had a bad experience ordering from this place until today. Placed order online via website for delivery few moments later... I get a call from employee aldo saying he couldn't deliver due to him being the only one in store...OK... so cancel the orderand refund me, he states that i have to cancel order via the way I ordered. I informed him that there isn't a way to cancel andit clearly states to call the store for cancelation and order changes (as you can see from photos) he continues to be rude andthen starts yelling at me that he can't cancel the order. So I get in my car and I go to store and he still is rude... I've been coming here for over 10 years. Best Blimpie in the state of NJ. If I were to say one bad thing about this place, it's... that they use red onions instead of white onions. They have Pizza, Cluck University chicken, Nathan's hot dogs, boardwalk fries,and more. Read more

I have been going to this Biimpies for 15 years and the first time I have a complaint, the Manager blames it on the bakery they... get the bread from. Paying for a $10+ hero with skimpy amount of meat is one thing, but when there is a complaint and themanager is not willing to do anything, maybe they don't mind losing customers. How's Blimpies? I have been a patron of Blimpies since the late 1970s growing up in New York city. As I am able to recall,... Blimpies was the first (if not one of the first) submarine/hoagie sandwich places I ate at. Their signature "Blimpie Best" hasbeen the dish I have ordered the most frequently. Chicken nuggets were better than what's served at McDonald's and Burger King.There should be more choices given for the dipping sauces. This franchise has kept the tradition and has ordered theirprovisions from one of the better vendors whose meats have the consistent flavor and taste that I remember from my childhood.Their toppings are the same and doesn't have all of the veggie options that Subway has. But then again, the meats at Blimpiesare better than what is sold at Subway joints (IMO). Service is okay and the staff and management can do a better job atwelcoming customers and being more attentive to ensure a satisfying experience. Read more
