We were wandering around looking for food in the area. We were literally in line for KFC when I spotted this place. Best... decision ever! Authentic tacos (in my opinion) are hard to find. This place hit all the marks! We ordered carne asada tacos andbirria tacos. The carne asada taco meat was flavored wonderfully and cooked to perfection. Tortilla were soft and warm. Top allof that with some green sauce, lemon, onions and cilantro- we were in heaven! On top of all of the, the owner very kindlyoffered us a delicious tees leches cake. The Birria Tacos are SUPER Delicious! The steak, chicken, pork tacos are pretty good! But my favorite so far is the "7 meats... Taco", as the name indicates, is a combination of 7 meats with meat juices and once you take a bite, an explosion in your mouthtakes place that is indescribably delicious! I came across this gem during the pandemic. I was out driving around looking for some super yummy munchies for lunch. The sky... parted and beams of sun shone down upon this beautiful little piece of land with a creek for kids to play in, some seating areasand this food truck glistening from being flooded by the sunlight. I placed an order for tacos and was $5 short. So he served memy tacos and sent me on my way with a promise I would be back the next day with payment. It was a trap! Those tacos wereAMAZING, I would of had to go back either way. I returned the next day with my $5 and left with another order of tacos. Monthsgo by and I'm craving some tacos.. I'm driving all over looking for this taco truck. They are not in the same location. Weeksupon weeks then one day I drove by and there was the truck. As glorious as it was the first time. It was not in service so Itexted to see when they would be local again. That started my love affair with Birria Tacos! I am as a passionate about thesetacos as Sommelier are about wine, a Catador about cigars, a Rummelier about Rum. They are a constant in thoughts. I work outdaily so I can reward myself on Thursday's with these Tacos! The flavors are a perfect blend of 23 spices. It's appealing andmouth watering. Not overpowering. The onion and cilantro, splash of lime. I use both sauces and the consume! That consume isdrinkable (don't worry I resist the urge) I do take home what's left and use it the next day to make shredded steak and cheesesubs for the family (shhhhh it's our secret). The couple who run this fantastic business are so sweet and personable andauthentic.
