My tray of fish had only one piece of fish and it was way too salty and peppery. It was uneatable. Both of the Po sandwiches did... not include the extra coleslaw that we had pay for. They did not include any sauces. It was just a mess and I paid for thatalmost 70 dls! I felt cheated on the quality and quantity. The things people say about order accuracy here is very true. Ordered a shrimp and crab boy and it came with no crab. Called... them up and Denzel was very nice about making sure that my info was taken down so my sandwich would be on the house next time.Fair enough, I was satisfied. I go up there today to get my sandwich and I asked for lettuce, tomato, and spicy sauce and noneof those were on the sandwich. I had to speak to the manager to get a refund, which he was very willing to accommodate. The food is absolutely good here, but customer service is really trash! If the food wasn't so great, I would have stopped coming... here a long time ago. The people working behind the counter and answering the phones, could definitely use a class or two onfriendliness and temperament skills, cause wheww! Anyway, I always order the Big Fish sandwich and a skrimps basket. The amountof fish you get on this sandwich is soooo worth the drama that comes with this place ???? Everything is always cooked toperfection, delivered hot, and a drink compliments the food well. To make anything a combo, it's an extra $4.50, if orderedseparately.
