We visited this Taco Bell after church today and ordered 7 breakfast boxes. The lady in the drive through was not polite at all,... there was no one inside or in the drive through other than us. But she was annoyed that we were there and you could tell, afterpaying for our food she handed us the bag our hashbrowns were completely frozen still, along with inside the Crunchwrap. Went through the drive-thru, nobody ahead of us and nobody behind us. Ordered a nacho fry box and two cheesy roll ups. Took our... payment and gave us the drink, then we sat waiting for the food. Just about 5 minutes later they hand me the bag and say, "sorryfor the wait." Husband takes a nacho fry as were leaving the drive-thru and it's cold. Not like "sat there for a while, lukewarm," but more like "barely cooked, cold to the touch" cold. I opened a cheesy roll up and it was also cold. Cheese wasclumpy, not melty at all. So I order at drive thru, I ask for sauce and was assured I'd have some with my order. I even asked the kid at the window and he... too assured me I had some in my bag. Ordered grubhub TacoBell (Winter 21) The food came and it was totally gross and had this slimey texture to it. Before we noticed... this, both my son and I took bites of the food. Went to this Taco Bell and some dumb kid named Tyler gave me mild sauce instead of hot sauce, when I went in to get some there... was plenty in the lobby sauce holder. Lazy workers that don?t know how to make your food right , and also don?t listen to whatyou say/ask for. Read more

These people don't even try! Look at this! I can't make 1 flipping gordita out of these 3. Also got 1 of the 3 five layers I... ordered. I was incredibly impressed with how clean this Taco Bell was on the inside. It's a fairly new restaurant which helps but I could... tell the manager definitely makes sure the employees clean regularly. Even the bathroom was super clean. The only issue I hadthere was both the ice machines were broken so we didn't get any ice with our drinks. The employees were friendly and wereceived our food fairly quick. The food was as good as you could expect from a fast food restaurant. Read more
