I went there for the first time to order breakfast (an hour after their posted opening time), waited by the drive-thru window... for 5 min, and then drove up to the window to find out they will not be opening for quite awhile because they didn?t have fryeroil. A sign should have been posted by the drive up window, or at least have someone come on the speaker to say something, asthe menu was lit up so I had no way of knowing what was going on. Read more

It's not just this restaurant I've been shorted items in the drive through. I blame myself this time because I didn't check... before I drove off. I normally check every time because legitimately 70% of the time I'm missing an item. Not fun with pricesthese days and I'm tired of being robbed in broad daylight. I rarely have this issue with other chains, it seems Taco Bell hasan issue fulfilling orders. Read more

Workers were arguing. The dining area was disgusting. The entryway hall area smelled and looked like someone puked all over and... they didn't clean up. Just put a sign up to use the other door. Many, MANY orders were wrong for people waiting. People comingin from drive thru saying they missed some food or their orders were wrong. We waited 15 minutes for 4 food items and a youngman waited at least 20 minutes for one burrito and a drink. Out of a lot of supplies and foods. Yucky experience!!! Read more

I ordered a grande toasted breakfast burrito assuming it would be made the correct way, but I guess I should ask for it with no... sour cream? It doesn?t come with sour cream but for some reason the employees feel the need to add it. Read more

Got there at 1 pm...apparently after the lunch rush. Our taco/burrito Supreme were liquid. Disgusting. Staff were lounging in... the unkempt eating area. I tried ordering breakfast inside restaurant at exactly 11am on august 19th and the girl with dark hair and glasses at the front... register said ?sorry we stop serving breakfast at 11am and it?s 11am so we can?t make you any breakfast, we JUST stopped.? (Itsays they serve breakfast from 8am- 11am) That is absolutely pathetic I am never coming here again. I can?t stand companies thatput customers last and have absolutely no customer service. Pretty petty, You know Karen! When you can go into any Traditional Sit-down restaurant and have a meal with 50 plus people. ONLY... Taco Bell seems to be the only reluctant hold out to open its dine in services to its customers. It's garbage anyways ???? Read more

I have been to taco bell a few times, and I am truly disappointed. Not only am I driving from out of Duluth when I come, but I... am spending my time and money with the expectation of getting a product that satisfies. This clearly is satisfying. there isless than one egg and less than a teaspoon worth of sausage. This "breakfast" burrito is mostly frozen potatoes and shell.Horrible customer satisfaction here.
