Worst service I?ve ever received. The tables were filthy, other tables still had pizza and dishes on them the entire 2 hours we... were there! Had to ask for menus and soda. Delivered the pitchers of soda but no glasses or straws. Ordered a double order ofcheese sticks and 4 pizzas. They delivered 1 pizza an hour later and stated they burned the other three. I asked about ourappetizers and she came back and said they burned them too. Another 1/2-45 minutes later still no food. A lot of yelling and thephone going off continuously later and the cook yelling at the front employee for answering the phone and firing him! We leftand will NEVER come back again.-FYI so did several other tables at the same time. Shame on you for such horrible customerservice! Read more
I do NOT recommend ordering from this location for delivery. Food never showed up - waited 25 minutes past "expected time". ... Worker on the phone offered to "recall the driver and make a new one". What good does that do? Lunch has already come andgone. Terrible service. Not tracking their orders. Use a different location or a different pizza company. Using the app was easy and straightforward. I appreciated the tracking utility as well. The delivery didn't take too long and... the driver was cordial. The pizza itself was not very good. It arrived lukewarm at best and was incredibly chewy. Minimaltoppings were added and the pizza itself was thin and was not like I remember it being in the past. For $35.00 for a large pizzaincluding delivery and tip, it was a rather disappointing experience. Read more
Waited 30mins longer than we were supposed to for pizza without cheese.. or sauce? And burnt breadsticks. I have this location... another chance after the last time we ordered and I absolutely will not be ordering again.. papa John?s is across the parkinglot and does a much nicer job. Read more
Whould be 0 stars if i could. I Ordered online paid will cash, pizza was under cooked & the pasta was over cooked an hard. Me... an my sister Got food poison the next morning an couldnt go to work. Had to re-bake the next day an after that i wad fine. Iwork for a pizza place an this is trash. I will NOT order from this location anymore. Cook ur food right or get shut down. Call2x ( 1st time i was on hold an got hung up on ) to let them know what happened an got a rude respons. Train ur employees better. Read more
Waited outside on a contactless delivery for 10 minutes, didn't see a single employee up in the front of the store until other... customers walked inside and proceeded to stand there with no service for another 5 minutes. I then decided to go inside becauseI didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for my food. After picking up my food they not only didn't have the 2 liter I wanted,they didn't cut the breadsticks at all, and there is zero sauce on the pizza. They put it in side cups. Ordered my pizza at 9:32pm, I did not receive it until 11pm. It was ice cold,not cut properly, none of the pieces would come... paart without ripping it off the surrounding pieces. I called the store and was hung up on 3 times before getting to speak tosomeone. When I did finally speak to a person I was transferred to a manager who said he would fix the problem and send me a newpizza. 45min later The same manager called and said they couldn't deliver the pizza as it was outside their delivery area eventhough this was the same exact store I got the first cold pizza from.
