I?m writing this review in regards to the best overworked and underpaid employee ever, overheard his name was (Adam) We visited... this location on Nov. 15th 2021 during lunch. It was busy and orders were being placed on top of people in store ordering aswell. The pizza was great! Hot fresh and delicious! All baked perfectly! Even while being so busy he still greeted me as Iwalked in and had a smile when he did have the opportunity to serve me, as it seemed he was working alone. Hadn't had Papa John's pizza in quite a while but one of my employees swears by it. I'm fairly certain it is a borderline... addiction at this point but I'm not here to judge a man's pizza intake, I will only applaude it. When did you guys get stuffedcrust?? It was amazing beat out Pizza Hut with your hands tied behind your backs. I have 4 stars due to forgetting some of mysauces, I live 30 mins away from the location and my wife was pregnant at the time of this order and didnt want to wait for meto drive back. Seriously the worst service I've ever received anywhere. Ordered pizza for delivery on the app. On 7/25. After waiting 60... minutes for the pizza I checked the app and it said It was delivered despite not receiving it. Called the store to double checkand was told several times that I'm lying. I tried to ask who the pizza was given to and was hung up on. When I drove to thestore I was straight up yelled at and treated rudely. The driver lied and said he had already given it to me despite me neverhaving seen this person. They put my pizza on the counter but not the bread I ordered. When I asked about the bread thecashier said his manager said I had to pay for it.... Despite for real not ever getting any deliveries. All the while beingtold I'm lying. When I requested a refund instead he refused to give me one. I work in a restaurant and honestly never seensuch freaking disappointing service and behavior. I've already filed a complaint with papa john's corporate and will becontacting my bank. Read more
Great employees who were working crazy hard after being put in the position of being short staffed by their management by at... least 3 people. The pizza was late by 45 min because of this but the 3 star rating is for the pizza. I hadn't had papa john'sin years and it was very disapointing dispite being made correctly. Read more
Love it! Their thin crust is by far the best from any pizza place around. So crispy and delicious in every bite ???? Also their... onions are always golden brown and perfect, most pizza joints screw this up lol. Sauce is delicious too! ???? Read more
We stopped here and liked the service. They were quick and kind. This is the first time in at least eight years that we have... ordered Papa Johns pizza. The food was excellent. We got a family meal deal for around 22 dollars. Read more
We stayed at the Water's Edge hotel in Duluth last night (Sunday) ordered pizza, was a nice surprise to see a deal for "late... night" pizza $9.99 lg. Anyway, pizza was delivered to our room, it was hot and delicious, the dude even brought us plates andcups which was great because I forgot to ask even though I ordered a 2 liter. I know this is probably common sense to bringplates and cups for a hotel delivery but you all know common sense isn't all that common anymore!! High fives and congrats toPapa Johns in Duluth from our family for running a great shop and knowing how to serve your clients! Needless to say we willremember this for next time we're here!!!
