I ordered on line for pickup... I ordered broccoli cheese soup and Mac and cheese with broccoli. When I arrived home and was... planning on eating dinner my bag had chicken wild ri e soup and plain mac and cheese. Totally ruined my dinner. When I tried tocall them the automated voice said to hold on, I would be transferred to someone. This store was filthy. Not just tables that needed to be bussed but it looked like the floor hadn't been vacuumed in about 3... months. The floor in the bathroom probably hadn't been washed in much longer. Before I noticed any of this or received my coldsoup, I was asked if I wanted to tip at the register. Sure wish they'd asked before we left if they'd earned the tip Igenerously left. The answer is no. Cold food, dirty store. Laying here sick in bed, all I want is some hot soup, that?s it, but god forbid Panera do something as simple as allow you to... order from them. Love how I try to order twice on DoorDash and it gets immediately canceled and refunded, and then they?remysteriously ?closed? at 5pm on a Tuesday. Just wow. They have good value deals if you utilize them. When they are short staffed, the bathrooms can become undermaintained as well as... the garbage bins. However, they manage to keep the rest of the building clean looking. They also have a compost bin. Read more
The food is good, but I just spent over 40 minutes in the drive through line. The staff were friendly, but that is simply... unacceptable. Don't go here unless you have a lot of time to wait. Read more
Duluth, MN is the worst Panera location I have been to. I really like the food at Panera and keep trying to give this location a... chance, but everytime, I am extremely disappointed and have heard every excuse in the book as to why the service stinks (notenough help, covid, too many employees calling out ill, someone new or inexperienced, it's busy, etc). In my opinion, there is alack of organizational skills. At the time I walked in yesterday, in the moment, it WAS NOT busy inside the store. There was noline for orders, the place was clean, there wasn't a line of people waiting at the order pick up counter, and the drive thru hadabout 3 to 4 vehicles if that. The kitchen had about 4 people (6 if you include the manager and employee in front takingorders). The employee up front (not busy) was standing in front of the register prepared to take orders. I ordered JUST DRINKS. I ordered 1 fountain drink and two frozen lemonades. The fountain drink I could get on my own, the lemonades I had to wait to beprepared by kitchen staff. There was two customers ahead of me waiting for food and one customer behind me ordering food. One ofthe customers ahead of me received their food in a timely fashion while the other customer stood waiting for their food that hadbeen paged out with one of the restaurants pagers. The customer was asked by an employee in the kitchen what they were waitingfor and they responded that they had just been paged that their food was ready. The employee seemed like she was going to checkon it, but I think she may have gotten distracted because she left the customer waiting for another 10 mins before a secondemployee approached him asking the same question. In the meantime, I see a third employee asking who's food is just sittingthere on the kitchen counter, I am still waiting for for my frozen lemonades, and the the person that ordered behind me is nowbeing called that their food is ready. 5 more mins pass before another employee (manager?) r Read more
I have ordered through this location multiple times and always have something messed up. Pretty disappointed that I can't eat... before work... the last 2 times has been the same mistake. Might want to double check your food before you leave this place.Asked for no mayo and both times got quite a bit of mayo. Read more
