When there this morning around 10:45am they wanted $32 for 8 pieces of chicken. Yeah ok! I told them to eat it.
The last few times I?ve come here to eat they?ve forgotten over some of the main parts of our meal. It?s not just small things,... they literally forgot the gravy for our mashed potatoes 3 times. The food is good, they?re just so forgetful. Read more

This place is horrible. They know that they don?t have enough sides but still make you pay the full price for an almost empty... plastic container worth. I don?t like to complain but this is not the way you do things. I called, got told to call customerservice. No apologies whatsoever. Just really tried to deal with me as fast as he could. Quality is what you would expect, nothing exceptional to report either good or bad food-wise. I give this location 4 stars... because they have on occasion forgotten entire meals on my orders before, or else subbed something out differently than werequested and paid for. I've also had a forgotten straw, forgotten sauce packets a couple times. Historically they've beenoretty bad about order accuracy, more recently though my orders have been accurate but I've had to wait longer for my food.Because of this change in accuracy they've gone from a 3 star to a 4 star in my book, if they can keep that up and improve ordertimes, this'll be a 5 star for me and a solid go to for fried chicken goodness! Had the chicken sandwich w/ fries. Wasn't too bad, the fries had an off taste like maybe fried in same grease as chicken. I... don't know that, just speculation. Otherwise the sandwich and service was good. Read more
