Love this gas station for always keeping a variety of stock durning the pandemic. But recently. confused as to what I?d be... paying if I bought monster at this location. Sign on the electronic sign outside says ?4 for $8.00? sign inside says ?3 for$7.00? and a different sign inside says ?2 for $5.00?. I would like to know what it would cost currently to get this drink. Read more

Usually a great place to get some gas after grocery shopping and visiting the library. However, this was the second time in 3... weeks that a local Holiday gas station had issues with their "payment" system. This time there was a notice at the pump toprepay. Thankfully, there was a physical receipt, the AmEx rep saw the charges/there was a physical paper trail should thepolice call me again, and I'm definitely going to avoid Holiday gas stations in Duluth, MN. It's like they want you to use cashand know exactly how much gas you will pump. I've had to tell this info to a couple of staff when asked these thingsrepeatedly. It's not a clean prepay process. It took a couple of trips to the register and 2 people asked the same questions.(They couldn't locate the car through the front window nor could they see the pump the car was sitting at. They really wanted apump number so they could turn on the gas and needed to know the type of gas to turn on. It took multiple attempts to show themthe pump, there was a car, etc.) Usually businesses are boiled down to two elements: people and systems. I really wonder whathappened there. Friends and family advised me to keep my distance from these gas stations - at least for awhile to see if it'sthe people or the system. It was a weird prepay process. Why would I ask you for gas and to pay for it if I didn't have a car?I'm literally asking you for service, in person, at your request! As China and Europe evolve to cardless transactions, now atgas stations, the Duluth attendants and managers still ask for cash, exact dollar amounts, police involvement, reliance oncameras and surveillance, lack good eyesight and perhaps needed health services, etc. Good luck Duluth! This place was great when Angie took over management, but now it's nearly unbearable with the new staff. They never honor sale... prices or specials unless mentioned (even when they're marked). Furthermore, they treat me like an inconvenience when I shophere. It's crazy. Read more

Workers never greet you. They keep talking to their coworkers across the store when you?re checking out. They don?t have any... lids for coffee today and the worker didn?t apologize. Instead, she yelled from across the store that we would have to go to adifferent place if we wanted a lid. Rude customer service Read more

I normally really like Holiday, they have the best breakfast items here and great deals on the beverages I enjoy. But, I must... say (and I dont really ever write a review unless I feel strongly about something) that there are a few workers here who arejust noticeably rude. One woman never even says "hi", "thankyou", "please", or "have a nice day", even when I say it directly toher - I just get blatabtly and awkwardly ignored, this actually just happened like the 7th time from her so I devoded to write areview. I understand it's just a gas station so I don't expect like top-notch "bend-over-backwards" customer service, especiallysince through high school and collegecI worked a few years at some, so my rating is IN RELATION to the expectations of theetiquette of gas station workers, but even with that in mind it's STILL blatantly inadequate. It's almost like this woman andone other guy go out of their way to be rude and act like the customer doesn't even exist. One of the times I actually had toremind her that I needed my change still because she was too busy blabbling loudly and laughing annoyingly to an old man behindme at the register. Didn't say sorry or have a nice day, just kind of seemed like "I" was the annoying one and gave me my changewhile still honking about some dumb story. This stuff just grinds my gears because I try my best to be as possibly kind andpolite to employees wherever I go, as to try to make their day a little bit better, but I really don't have to. If I wanted to,I could just have an attitude like them and be extremely rude to her/him and make their day terrible, but why do that? It'sreally a tragedy too because there used to be a very polite, very kind , and very cute blonde girlf who worked the registerthere, basically the antithesis of the rude lady. I just hate being treated like I don't exist when I'm the customer, when imtaking the energy to be kind and polite to them. TL;Dr? : Two people who work here are rude as hell and Read more

Clean compared to other Holidays. They have a lot more coffee and cappuccino options than most. Friendly staff.

Absolutely terrible! store reset happened, I kept out of the way and to myself while having a soda, and according to Bob Bucci... and Nicole Chatterson, I was in the store too long and "may have been casing the place". What a TERRIBLE place to patronize! Won't go back since threatened with trespass violations by Steven G. Rush, who claims that Holiday welcomes all customers. Well, some customers is more like it, but definitely not all of them. I wish I could give it 0 or a negative amount of starsbased on that series of events. Nasty managers and a crooked lawyer who bullied me was convincing enough to never patronizeanother Holiday station. Go, Kwik Trip; Go!! Read more
