Really easy online ordering...they even called to say they would be a few minutes late because they were swamped. The driver was... super friendly. The sandwiches were great! Except one of the sandwiches we ordered was the Tullius, which is a double stack ofroast beef. But what was marked as the Tullius was a single layer of turkey. But we'll order again. Read more
Sandwich was made alright however the boss lady working was extremely rude to her employers in front of her guests. On top of... that she was helping to make the sandwiches and WOAH! IS SHE SLOW. she had no care in the world that 7 people were waiting fortheir orders to be made (mind you this was within 20 minutes). She continued to take her sweet ol' time. I've tried this place at least three times in case I coincidentally went in on an off day, but each time I've ordered I've had... issues with the specificity of the sandwich and just overall poor communication. Food allergies are a risky thing, which is whyremoving ingredients is an important aspect of ordering any type of food, so one would expect it to be removed upon request. . .Similarly, one would expect combo items to be included in the pickup bag since they were paid for. At the end of the day, yeahit's literally just a sandwich but if y'all keep getting these poor reviews, you might want to take the time to fix the problemat it's source. Read more
Every single time I come here my simple sandwich is messed up. Apparently they can’t read... for example, today, #3 (titan) no... lettuce. Not that hard right? I receive my sandwich with lettuce and no pesto mayo. No mayo at all. I’ve never had a problemwith any other location BUT this one. Keep up the great work guys! ???????? Read more
The sandwiches are great... when they actually get them right!! They mess mine up way too often. I keep giving them the benefit... of the doubt but they mess up an order that is very simple. Super dissatisfied more often then not and that is such a shame. Read more
Don't waste your money here!! I asked for extra pesto mayo on my sandwich, and got maybe 1/2 tsp of something that tasted kind... of like plain mayo, but I'm not sure.. My sandwich was also unusually wet..and not in a good way. Hubby said his sandwich wassuper dry. The ice machine was broken and when we mentioned it, their employee said to "just hold it down," ..we gave up after3 minutes of "holding" and only getting 2, maybe 3 pieces of ice. All of the pop in the machine was flat and watered down, butthe bagged chips were good. At least they let me grab a bottled pop instead. Read more
Waited 10+ minutes for pretty bland sandwiches. The turkey avavado hardly had any avocado on it and too much lettuce. Broccoli... cheddar soup was decent. Read more
I'm not sure what all the complaints are about because I like this place. Good food, good service, so I can't complain. The only... complaint that I do have is that their soup selection isn't what it used to be. They used to have all different kinds that younever see anymore. Bring back cheesy potato ham! Read more
