I had a great experience at this location today. I was the order around 2:30 PM, ?Mike S.? I haven?t had Domino?s in a long time... and I wanted to try the thin crust cheese that I enjoyed years ago. I included a few photos. As you can see the team here todaycooked it perfectly. One of the team members that handed the pizza to me even noticed my brand new white shoes and made apositive comment about it. Excellent staff! The pizza was done on time and made perfectly. Everyone loves pizza and they have the best crust so clearly is a 5/5 and there's no contact so they bring your order right out... to your vehicle within minutes after you pull up out front and the emoloyees are very nice. Read more
I ordered from the app a lot and now it just seems no one cares about great customer service anymore. The last few times my... pizza was cold, my chicken wasn?t done it was very fatty, and my Alfredo bowl was dry and burnt. So therefore half my order wentinto trash I tried calling but got hung up on and left with no accommodations. I didn?t have the money to spend in the firstplace, but it was supposed to be a treat to myself but majority of my treat just was thrown in the garbage? From here on outI?ll just order elsewhere. Ordered online from my hotel room. Used my credit card to pay and had a cash tip to give driver upon delivery. When the driver... arrived they knocked, left the food by the door, and had to literally run to the elevator. By the time I opened the door,literal seconds, they were in the elevator already. I felt bad that they didn't get a tip so I chased but didn't get down intime. Trip to front desk was embarrassing as I had no shoes on and then realized no key to get back into my room. After gettingback upstairs I found the sandwich has barely any toppings on it, especially lacking in meat (Philly Cheesesteak). No receipt inbag either. Not worth the effort to complain and see what the response would be. They obviously already showed that they don'tcare. Best to just stay away from this location. Read more

Ordered pan pizza sausage and pepperoni paid for extra pepperoni. Like 8 pieces of pepperoni on half the pizza...what??.... Undercooked pan pizza, got sick regardless. The second pizza looked fine. I was waiting for a follow up email on our experience,didn't get any, so I'm here writing a poor experience. Second time with this location. Will use the location on Woodland Ave inthe future. Me and my kids order from here very often. It's the only fast food that is still good after years of ordering. If you don't get... speciality pizza, make sure to customize your za because the one toppings can be plain. Gotta get the pan pizza for 5 stars. Thesides are always good as well. Read more
