Reviews for Clyde Iron Works in Duluth, MN
Very clean place with good customer service. Tried the buffalo wings, pulled chicken sandwich, Margherita pizza, French onion... soup, and the killer bee burger. Wings had a great flavor but were too moist and a bit rubbery for my taste. Pulled chickensandwich was not good at all; flavors didn't combine well, chicken was dry, and the bread became soggy almost instantly.Everything else was absolutely amazing (burger was by far my favorite) grilled veggies had a very strong grill flavor that Iliked but some people won't. Overall I will be back for more! Read more
If you want to pay $14 for a pile of nachos that are somehow burnt AND soggy, this is your place. Also the grilled chicken was... clearly pulled off a store bought rotisserie chicken and microwaved. Rubbery is an understatement. If you can?t do nachos right,I?m worried. Read more
We used the Clyde main event center for our wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. We got so many compliments from our guests.... The food was absolutely amazing too! Read more
1/2 lb steak burger was awesome, mixed veggies were epic and the atmosphere is top notch. A gem!!
Our waitress was very good. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The pasta and meatballs are homemade, and you can tell! They... are so good! I took half of my plate home because the portion was generous For dessert we shared an order of the amorettocannoli. The amaretto mousse inside the cannoli is so good! I almost ordered another order of them. There are five per order, but we dove in before I got my picture. The restroom was very clean. I would definitely come back. Read more

I had my wedding at Clyde in October and cannot say enough about how perfect this venue was for our wedding and how amazing the... staff were. Everything was set up and coordinated exactly as requested and the staff were organized, friendly, efficient, andoverall outstanding throughout the entire day and night. Our guests were blown away by how unique and beautiful the space wasand everyone loved the food. We also had our rehearsal dinner at Clyde and were impressed by how professional and organized thestaff was just for that. We knew this was the venue for us the first time we toured and it turned out to be the perfect spot forour dream wedding. We loved how versatile the space is and how you can truly make it into exactly what your vision is for yourbig day. The only recommendation I'll make is that the events manager should have an assistant to help with emails and otherduties. I was in communication with this person for over 3 years and there were times it took a week for them to get back to me.Even when it took a long time, all my questions were eventually answered which was appreciated but it was a little frustratingat times. Overall, they did an outstanding job with having all the details perfect when it came down to the rehearsal dinner andwedding and working with me to schedule visits since I'm from the Twin Cities, but I do think with the amount of events theyhost at Clyde each week, they could expand their team to take some of the stress off one person since they're so busy all thetime. For everything this person has to handle, they did a great job overall. Photo credit: Max Caven Photography Read more
We just stopped in for a quick snack and a beer. The wings were amazing, but I do wish they had a dry rub option though. The... smoked salmon chowder had less salmon than we expected, but was still very good. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. Thebuilding itself is like a small museum to the history of the area. Read more
