My drink order got mixed up with another customers - it happens! They were so willing to make it right when I called half an... hour later. I came back, got my correct drink PLUS a size upgrade (and they made sure to not put the whipped cream like myoriginal order said but I forgot to mention when I returned). I'm not one to complain but I do mostly walk in pick up orders and the last 4x they haven't even looked at what I ordered. They... were great before the last several times. I changed the milk chocolate to white chocolate like I do every time. I finally waslike "okay this is the 4th time I've ordered and it's been wrong, could you make this with White Chocolate like I orderedplease" and she just scoffed and said "ahhhh yeah" I thanked her 3x and she never said another word to me. It came off as veryrude to me. When people pay as much as they do for coffee it would be nice if it was made correctly or at the very least pleasedon't act put out if I ask you the 4th wrong time to make it right. Read more

The drinks were good, however my issue lies with the atmosphere. My friend and I were excited to write on the chalkboard because... we thought it was a cute idea. We wrote that our heros include our family but also Jesus because our faith is important to us.The next day we noticed that our faith related answers were erased but nothing else. This isn?t the first time I have seen faithrelated things being erased. We are simply answering the questions on the board, not being rude or telling anyone they are goingto burn in hell. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins before I even ordered my coffee. Then waited for another 12 minutes after ordering.... I got my bagel and it's burnt to a crisp and seems old. Just go to a different caribou. This one is not worth the wait Read more
