Tables were dirty and the waitress only came to our table once so we couldn't ask for refills or anything. We're told to pay on... our phone and left alone until we were leaving. Food was ok at best and for the cost didn't get what I was expecting forservice. Read more
Definitely not the best service I have had at B-Dubs. Basically we noticed after a while that people who showed up after us were... getting their food before us. We asked the server if our food was coming out soon since the other people already had theirs andhe told us ya that there was an issue but it should be out soon. If you knew there was an issue you should let your customersknow so they are aware that the food would be delayed. We arrived at 7pm, waited to get seated for about 15 mins, by the time wefinally received our food, ate and left it was 8:30. Hoping for better next time. Read more
We ordered Wild Burger tonight and it was very good, our crispy chicken sandwiches were massive, crispy and juicy! The potato... wedges were delicious ???? I however would not order the fries for delivery again just because they were a little cold andrubbery but most fries are when ordering delivery. In the picture is just 1/4 of my chicken sandwich. Took my son and his friend out and the service was awesome. We were seated right away and the waitstaff was immediately there... for our drinks. We all ordered off the lunch special menu and our food came out quickly and was accurate. Read more
Upon arriving my husband, 2 children and myself was about to be seated at a booth, the thing is the seats at the booth were... dirty and completely ripped up! I asked to be seated somewhere else, and we were. We sat at another booth and this time thetable was dirty so I grabbed a wet wipe and began to clean them myself. The ketchup container was empty and covered in debris.The chicken was absolutely horrible. The wings were still pink in the inside, the fries were burnt and on top of that we barelysaw our waitress. TLDR; Family friendly, great food, great service. I always sweat when I crave wings. I have a toddler and an infant, and a... sports bar is definitely not what you would consider a family restaurant. That being said this place has always been great tobring my tiny terrors to. The waitress this last trip gave us colored pens for the toddler because crayons ran out. I thoughtthat was awesome! The service was so slow! The dining room wasn't even that busy. I saw approximately 10 servers and hostesses while we were... there but the food was late coming out and when it finally did it was cold and looked like it had been out overnight. Clearlyshe forgot put order or didn't care it was "dead food" and sitting there. The server was pretty non existent. Where is thequality control? The servers were too busy chatting in the little soda refill cubbies standing there laughing and even with themanager. It comes down to staff laziness and poor management. Time to be the boss, not their friends. The entire time we satthere we were surrounded by dirty tables that still hadn't been cleaned off when we left. It was disgusting and embarrassing. Super annoying to see staff sitting around doing nothing, I was about to go clean the tables myself. ???? It seems that BWW wasonce a super fun and reliable place to eat, but I would have been better off stopping at McDonald's because at least theyconsistently make the same hot food. Also BWW I am sad to see you only offer Pepsi products? No one likes Pepsi. Stop beingcheap and just get Coke again please. Fantastic experience all around. Kitchen messed up order and we got extra wings. That being said I was a huge fan of the wings.... Don't get me wrong they were good, just not quite the best. Overall great time Read more
