As I have shared 4 stats is the highest review I give to chain restaurants. The food was slapped together. Not appealing to look... at or eat. Fries were actually very good. Better than McDonald's. The gold standard. Which isn't saying much these days asMcDonald's fries have digressed to warm cars board (bring back the mallow oil fries please!). Zero star! This location should be closed! Very rude manager (wonder if she is the real manager) I ordered carry out today and... send my son to pick it up at 4:30 pm, again the dine room was closed, was told to use drive through to get the food. Even somestaff on break opened the door and let my son in, and he saw our food was ready on the counter, the people who working insidestill won?t hand him the food ! and she insisted he has to walk to the drive through and wait there which is so stupid! Then Icalled store asked for manager, and the so-called manager answered , said she was short of staff. I said I will make complaintto company and she even scared to give me her name! My son have to walk back to home with no food! And which even worse is Ifound my credit card was already charged for this! Read more
I've been here a couple of times because I work nearby and it's been a typical fast food experience. But tonight the guy in the... window was just flat out rude to the point where I didn't even finish placing my order. I drove off and went somewhere else. I'mnot expecting over-the-top service from a drive thru, but I manage a restaurant and I would be absolutely mortified if my staffacted the way they did here. Unfriendly staff who handed us an oil soaked bag. When I asked for another bag the staff member just put it in another paper bag... and the oil soaked through. Wendys likes making jokes on Twitter. In reality their product is a joke. Read more

This location is convenient to get in and out of the drive through. I did a mobile order, pulled up and shared my name. The... sandwich was great hot temperature. I felt like they had just made it. Unpleasant experience in the drive thru. Cashier was extremely rude and began arguing with me about a coupon that l presented... for a complimentary baconator fries with any purchase. The Wendy?s employee who l placed my order with never asked me for acoupon code. When l presented my the coupon and visa debit for payment Destiny became very upset & began rolling her eyes &sighing with an attitude stating ? You?re supposed give her the coupon number?. I explained to the cashier that no one asked mefor a coupon code. Rather than simply enter the code she continued to complain about a code that takes seconds to input on ascreen. She seemed really miserable & unhappy. I asked her for my receipt & she would not provide it. When l asked for her nameshe closed the window and ignored me. She was very dismissive & rude.
