1) This place does not keep up with cleaning the tables. 4 booths after 40 mins still had all the dirty dishes on them. 2)Black... girl with yellow hair. She could not remember what we ordered and didn't write anything down. I saw the same problem with othercustomers. 3)White guy with short hair in a black shirt. He was very rude and cursing in front of customers. 4)At 3:30pm startedtelling people they were only taking To-go orders. Our order was placed in to-go boxes. 4) Lack of management skills ,Lack ofcourtesy and motivation. I'm a big waffle house Goer and this has been one of the worst ones I've been to. Read more
????????****** WARNING ****** ???????? **** PSA **** Had ordered 5 different breakfast entrees. Ordered 4 waffles on the side... with them. 3/4 had plastic bits in them. Like cooked into the waffle with the batter. Looked like corners of the jellycontainers where they leave a little space so you can lift the film. I love Waffle House so it breaks my heart to leave thisreview. But you know the saying? ?happy wife is a happy life.? And she was not happy on this morning. Read more
Being visitors to the US we had never eaten in Waffle House and we are so glad we visited today! From the lovely warm welcome... we got from Yoyo we had a lovely and very tasty experience!! All the team were happy, patient and so friendly throughout! Thefood was also super. We ordered the hashbrown bowl the pecan waffle and 2 servings of the 2 egg breakfast. ALL the food wascooked fresh and the portions were plentiful and so tasty!! Special mention to Amanda who gave us great advice and ensured mymug off coffee was never empty! Waitress was nice. Very attentive. Food came out quick. Bacon was not hot like it was prepared 10-15 minutes earlier. Steak was... cooked well done when asked for medium rare. But I guess it's hard to prepare it any other way when the steak is as thin aslunch meat. Overall it's a waffle house I would return to which is more than I would say for some of them I have been to. wish I could give them more stars, I?ve never seen a Waffle House with 7 workers before ???? . The waitress was super nice, food... came out really quick as it always does at this location. Clean tables and utensils, and super lax environment. What more canyou ask at Waffle House! Oh and views were great this morning ???? Read more
This place sucks. I came at 6:45 am and it was 3 people standing there doing nothing. and they said it's only for to-go only... until 7am. I thought waffle house was 24/7 I ended up going to the one down the street by cruise Rd on pleasant Hill. Theyhad 2 people and still served me inside. Before 7am. They were so nice Read more
