I came here a couple days ago to place a to - go order and I?m usually not the one for stepping inside a restaurant like this in... the morning because I?m already knowing it be complete chaos. However I stay in the apartments right next to this place anddidn?t feel like cooking so I definitely called up there to see if I could place my order over the phone nobody picked up so Iwalked to the restaurant. Keep in mind I have both of my toddlers with me in a wagon that was pretty large and noticeable butit?s easy to navigate with both of them with me. I stay in the restaurant for over 20 minutes just for no one to ask me if Ineeded my order taken or anything. I was very frustrated plus I was dealing with two busy bodies. I literally walked out ? andwent home and cooked myself and my babies some waffles. The staff was rude too ! Maybe they were over whelmed but thats stillnot how you treat people I would?ve respected the establishment as whole better if someone at least said to me I?ll get with youin a minute or 2 ?.. they just ignored me as I was standing at the front counter waiting to be serviced? now there is a olderwhite woman in there who is sooo nice and efficient I love when she works my food is always hot and ready on time. Walked in for breakfast and 80% of the tables were a sign saying "No Serve" and staffed by two meth thin ladies missing teeth... and another 3 times there size. 2nd time trying to eat here. Everytime my husband goes here to order "to-go" meals, they can never seem to get it right. He went on Sunday Aug 21st and... ordered our "to-go" food. Needless to say, they didn't give us an order of bacon, that he paid for, to go with my waffle. Seems"everytime" he goes here, something is missing or ingredients in something is not right. Read more
Every Waffle House has its own vibe. This one is more on the, I just want to eat without the shinnanigans vibe. It's a newer WH,... the staff is friendly and whomever is working the grill always comes correct. I'd consider this one of the upper tier WaffleHouses Read more
