Such a wonderful experience, every time! We discovered Vivi months ago and have really enjoyed their wide range of bubble tea,... their cafeteria style set lunch, and their excellent chicken! But since the quarantine started, they have truly become one ofthe highlights of our week. Tracy does such a great job every time making sure the order comes out right! We appreciate her somuch! Don?t recommend. Boba was hard and hard to chew. Tea was alright but not as good as other bubble tea places in Duluth. I visited... here after had a meal in the food court and it was a wrong choice. Read more

The staff was nice and helpful. She helped me choose my drink when i was clueless as this was my first time here. The tea was... great. I had honeydew tea with boba, less ice and regular sugar level, and it?s not overpowered or too sweet for my taste. Ialso had the chicken nuggets and giant squids deep fried. Compared to SH, their nuggets is quite blank but their squid was toosalty. I cannot finish it all at the same time but have to take it one by one for hours! Overall, i may come back for anotherdrink and remind them to put less seasoning in my fried squid. Read more
You can find this place located in the Jusgo food court. I believe you need a minimum of around $10 to avoid a credit charge... fee, so cash on hand is helpful. Most the menu is divided, between tradional green/black teas, milk teas, crushed ice, smoothiebased, and floats. Sizes are between small and large. Prices are affordable and are about on par with the average bubble teaprices in the area. Pretty simple in terms of ordering. Walk place your order and they'll call you when it's done or bring itto your table if you aren't too busy. The drinks themselves taste great. The menu has a lot of options to choose from. You'lldefinitely need more than one visit to get the most out of this place. Overall though, for the price and drinks, not much tocomplain about. Simple and to the point as bubble tea should be. Rude, won't apologize at all and never think it's their fault but instead it's an inconvenience for u to confront with them. Cup... sizes like many reviewers pointed it out that middle and large are pretty much the same. Foods is alright, however, the girlsthat work in front are too unprofessional and they rather talk to their friends over customers. Don't waste your time and moneyin this location. Read more
