Have been ordering cakes from Vincent Bakery for several years and never had anything but great experience with their cakes.... However my experience was with their Johns Creek location which I found was temporarily closed so two days back I ordered withtheir Pleasant Hill location thinking it was the same owners. I was so disappointed in their cake for my wife?s special birthdayas they charged me $44 for a 6? cake that was an ordinary pound cake with some icing and 4 strawberries on top. Extremelydisappointed in what used to be quality product and my fault totally for blindly trusting them. Please be aware and defintelyask for a picture of what they will give you. Read more
Quiet location to focus on work or studying. I've been here a couple times and the crowd at this cafe seems to be older & more... traditional ~ I always feel like an unwelcome unicorn when I come here with the stares. This past time I came here, it wasbarely occupied so it was better. Things you should know: I. LOCATION The left end unit within a plaza. Free private parking isavailable out front. II. SERVICE The woman working during my first visit must have recognized me as new and right away advisedme to get the "most popular" pastry in the store. It was a standard cream bun..which no one had bought any ~ it was fullystocked. I got it anyway. I do like the sale section they have here. The first two visits I've made didn't have it, but it's anice new detail. III. QUALITY The cream bun was relatively dry. I've gotten other pastries here since then but haven't seemed tofind consistency in quality. IV. CAPACITY We went on a Saturday mid-morning. Great coffee! Enough seatings! My favorite is chesnut pound cake. It's not too sweet but still has plenty of chestnuts... inside. Next time, I'm going to try castella. It looked good! Some of the breads were also on sale like a half off or 30percents off. Read more

I haven't been here for a long time because of service. Today, I came here after dinner and noticed new management since last... November and the lady at front desk was very friendly. I bought red bean bingsu and few breads. My daughter was looking forconch shaped bread and I couldn't find anywhere, but I'm so glad they have one. I really like the red bean bingsu and babycustard cream. I haven't try the conch shaped one yet and I will update my review later. Read more
Vincent special sweet ice coffee is with a garlic bagel. The best!!
