Theory is definitely one of the go to spots in Duluth; over the years it has proven to have sustained a welcoming, quality... atmosphere. No cover charge is appreciated, I don't mind spending money on food or extra drinks knowing that I didn't have topay a cover, I'm thankful that this lounge gets it. Friday nights live bands are awesome! They always do an excellent jobentertaining the crowd. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. I have to mention that management are friendly and approachable. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because of the makeshift dance floor, there isn't a designated place to dance sopeople are dancing in their seats, around their seats, and in a little spot by the door. Hopefully, one day they will rectifythis problem; but if not I'll still be there. Read more

It's a cute spot. Roomy and VIP seating available. Parking outside is good and no entry fee. Food spicy just about anything you... order but flavorful. Drinks taste like koolaid filled with ice those were a waste of money. I would return and have a coke andprobably eat before I go or try something like a burger. Read more
The establishment was easy to find FREE parking and entry was free at that time! Went on a Saturday. The waitstaff was okay we... had to sit at the bar as they reserved the seating to 4 or more for tables even though some of the tables were empty. Orderedsteak dinner and fried seafood platter the steak came out in 30 mins the seafood platter came out almost an hour after! Not surewhy I think they forgotten about my order! I paid for it beforehand. The DJ was awesome played the classics along with newschool music. There's no dance floor you dance where you are. I would come again I may just order drinks only next time. Alexa bar tender was very nice/sweet and smart. She treats her clients with loyalty. We were charged exactly for what we... ordered, I thought she was going to lose count on drinks we ordered. I was amazed when she brought the recipe with all thedetails. I wish I could tip her more. The place is nice and mature. Read more
