I would give it zero stars if I could? Walked into the lobby with at least six people waiting only to figure out that the lobby... was closed. We asked if the lobby is open and she responded with ?only for door dash.? It would have been nice to let those ofus standing there know that it was closed. First time visiting this location, but the terrible customer service seems to be atrend in this area. Do not waste your time trying this location. On top of the terrible customer service, the bathroom lookedand smelled like death. This is obviously a systemic problem that management is either unaware of or allowing to continue,either way they are derelict in their duties! Do not waste your time visiting this location! Pull up to the drive-through at 1 PM and was greeted with ?we are not taking orders right now? so why are you open? Meanwhile I... see 3 to 4 employees just standing out in the parking lot talking and doing nothing and the entire restaurant is empty. theyclearly don?t feel like working. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude I said, what do you mean you were not to eatquarters and she said that?s what I said! So I drove Off. Management should figure out who was on staff this day during theshower I have a serious conversation with him about work ethic or they can go work somewhere else if they don?t want to workhere. Food was good, but the service was very slow. It appears the local Taco Bell?s compete for fast drive thru times but completely... deprioritize the dining rooms. They even had the dining room doors locked and several customers left. We were about to leave aswell before someone finally came and unlocked the doors. Read more

Still waiting on my refund from like a couple months back. Lol. We ordered online, went to pick up. They had my husband wait an... hour. And we kept asking and they said sorry we will be with you in a min. Ok he waited then the person say oh wait your food ishere. So the food has been sitting for an hour. The hard tacos were soggy. And half the items were missing. My whole meal wasmissing and they gave my husband the wrong drink. So I call them and they say they can?t do anything with mobile order to callthe number on the app. So I did. The person apologized and then said sorry it?s not what the experience their customers to haveblah blah. So I?m being polite cause it?s not her fault. And she says the money should be refunded in a couple days. Cool. Ileft for vacation so this was in The end of June. And I still haven?t gotten anything. I really like this location! The service is quick and the staff is very pleasant! We had a pretty bad experience at the Indian... Trail location tonight. The worker was completely rude, messed up our order, argued and wouldn?t fix our order. So we decided togo to this location. They took great care of us, made sure our order was right. They genuinely cared about our experience withthem. When we mentioned our bad experience at the other location, they were so understanding and made sure we were well takencare of. Me and my partner have worked in restaurant for many of years. We understand short staffed, in the weeds and makingmistakes. However, we don?t understand being rude to guest and not being thorough at your job. Anyways, this location is THE oneto go to!!! Read more

Food was fresh at least. Drinks with no ice & hot like they were poured from a 2 liter and not the fountain. Lady working had an... attitude with me for what I don?t know ??????? iced coffee machine was ?down? (I think she just didn?t wanna make it). Onlygiving 1 star bc the food was good but service and drinks were disgusting. I poured my drink out. Read more

Sat in line for an hour today with about 7 cars in front of me. People were parking and going to the door to gonin and order but... the doors were locked. Those people left and then they ended up unlocking the doors. That was about 20 minutes into my hourwait. Two cars in front of me left and by this time I had waited 45 minutes. One car in front of me and it took the employee 10minutes to acknowledge the person at the speaker. The lady gets out of her car and walks to my car and says that the employeesaid it would be 30 minutes before her order could be placed because there was only 2 people working and so the lady wanted toleave. So she asked the other car behind me to back up. So we all backed up and let her out. I left as well because no way was Iwaiting another 30 minutes to place an order. So boo Taco Bell and take down the Mexican Pizza signs off your windows falseadvertising is not good for business. Read more

Everything was correct as per the order so that itself was a good thing given recent exp from other taco bells nearby. Drive... thru was taking more time so went in for ordering but ended up waiting even further as take outs were lower priority than drivethru i think. Take out system was good and easy to navigate.
