I visited this store Sep.13, 8PM. I ordered two Italian BMT but I was told they didn't have items to make BMT and I was asked to... order something else. I ordered one ham and one Turkey sandwich instead but when got home and opened it, not much of anythingwas inside the sandwich. A customer in front of me left the store very upset also because they had taken out most of the stufffrom the prep table getting ready to close and told the customer that were out of stock. They were only willing to go to theback and check when he canceled his order. I will never go back to this store again. Read more
Ordered last night late for pick up Cold cut Combo and roastbeef both footling . First I have to tell you guys , I never had any... issues with subway at different locations, first time ordered here . Picking up was brief. When got home open to eat , had onlybologna on the cold cut combo . And only little meat at it , I know I ordered late and was closing time but , only bologna onthe meat and a small portion . Come on guys You made a loyal customer never to come back to subway . This is definitely not the best experience I?ve had at subway before. I came in at this place because I was craving a subway, at... like 12 pm I hadn?t had lunch. I was in line and then she was taking my order and than another person after me, she was half waymy sandwich and she literally skipped me and served the other guy. I think she knew him cuz she didn?t even ask what he washaving. I told her to reheat my sandwich because it had been just there so long it got cold. Than at the end I told her that Icame first and she started going like I don?t want to argue with you. Lady, I?m not arguing I?m telling you next time if I?mfirst in line I better be served first. 4/4/22- Just went to grab lunch for my boyfriend, who is at work. DEFINITELY NOT anywhere near the best Subway experience I?ve... had. The employee acted like she couldn?t put meat and toppings on the sandwich. I had to repeat myself like 4 times abouttoppings. I asked for extra olives and she put like 6 little pieces of olive on a FOOTLONG sandwich. When your paying $12 forJUST a sandwich? it NEEDS to look like a $12 sandwich. This location is REALLY a rip off. Would NOT recommend and WILL NOT becoming back to this Subway location. Owner/Manager needs to better train staff in reference to order preparation. Went in yesterday for lunch with a friend. We went because of the 5.99 footlong coupon that is on their website. We were told... that we had to PRINT it out, which is now what the coupon says. Ms. Donna said that if it isn't printed that she won't get hermoney... And how she can't go live with her mom because her mom is in a nursing home.... I threatened to call corporate and shegot mad and told the workers to just give us our sandwiches for free and she would pay for them out of her own pocket. Awful experience, manager under the name of Donna was extremely rude, skimpy on meat. Overcharged my order a little bit and... extremely rude to employees. More so upset about donnas attitude than the food. Veggies fresh but customer servicehorrible. Donna should leave and this store would be better. Read more
