This Subway was a very....interesting experience. When we arrived there were only 2 people working and no one in the back. The... line to order was fairly long because of that. While we were there, a customer asked for his tomatoes to be diced and one of theworkers did not know what that was. The customer literally had to explain to him what that meant! The workers were nice, butthis Subway needs to make sure they have more than 2 workers there and that their workers speak good English. In any othercircumstance, this restaurant would get 2 stars, however, they had the veggie pattie which is a win for the vegetarianpopulation in the area. So, they get one more star for that. My coworker recommended this Subway to me today and to be honest I was weary due the reviews however I had a very pleasant... experience! Enough to write a review. The owners were nice and we had a pleasant conversation about how they were the oldestsubway in gwinnett county and have been there for 30 years! So it?s 8.40 pm and the lady at the counter says subway is closed? there is only one customer inside finishing her order and the... lady at the counter says she can?t make any more sandwich for the evening since she is alone and all by herself. Extremelyunprofessional and zero customer service. I have been here before and every time there is only one staff and they r pretty good,but tonight seemed to be a new employee with no smile on her face and no willingness to make a sandwich !!
