If I could I would leave 0 stars! If I could as well I would love to announce their names but no one had a name tag. Anyways, Me... and my friend came to this Starbucks today after a long 9 hour shift in RETAIL, my girl had started ordering first andeverything she said they did not have so she took a break and I proceeded to order mine everything I wanted they didn?t havethe only thing they had was pumpkin so we ofc went with it and grabbed a blueberry muffin after we had ordered and payed theyproceeded to tell us they didn?t have blueberry muffin there we went again trying to figure out what else we wanted. Lorianne is extremely slow making my drink. The ladies are not ready to make drinks. Half and half refills were not ready and... had to reminded twice to get some creamer. Main concern is that Lorianne was wiping her nose and touched the open spout of amilk jug contaminating all drinks with her snot. This is disgusting and I threw away my drink after seeing that. The employee doesn't know how to scan QR codes and when we asked her could we do it off the recipet she said she didn't know.

Poor service! I asked the cashier to scan for rewards as I was buying my drink and she refused to and said that they cannot... scan for rewards when there is a literally a sign that says ?scan for rewards here?. When I got my drink I brought it up to thecashier that we have scanned for rewards in the past at the same location with 0 trouble and she said that they have never beenallowed to scan for rewards at the front. The cashier was in a bad mood and did not provide positive and helpful costumerservice. My drink was also very watery and not as sweet as usual. Not coming back to this location. Read more

Horrible just horrible. I get the same drink almost everyday and for some reason when I visit this location they can NEVER get... it right. Today I went there on my 15 min break trying to give them one more chance even though it?s been proven multiple timesthey have poor customer service. Not only did the cashier STEFAN AND KEYTANA not take down any of my modifications for my drinkto make it right and ensure quality. When I notice it was being made wrong then proceeded to state something about it, she gotnasty with me. At that point I just wanted my money back because I just wasted my whole break at Kroger for one drink that Icouldn?t even have the luxury of enjoying cause it wasn?t made right. Then I had to go to customer service and wait anadditional 10 minutes just for a refund. Now I?m late and escalated with no resolution. Trying to remain calm, I startedwalking out, I see four Kroger/Starbucks associates huddle up in a group talking about about me and pointing me out. Totallyunacceptable and that?s where I draw the line. I will be back up there on my lunch break. I usually don?t do all of this howeverI feel totally disrespected at this point and I?m tired of letting Kroger slide.I need to be accommodated period! Read more
