More often I order a Double Chocolate Chip Creme which is supposed to have no coffee, yet it still tastes like the blender... wasn't washed well from the last order and the residue coffee got mixed in my drink. Went through the drive through this morning @ 7:30. The person never said good morning didn?t ask me my name. Pulled up to the... window, she didn?t greet me, she had a mean face. She turned the payment machine to me said nothing. He attitude was so horriblethat I drove off without my sandwich. I had to park go inside and ask for my sandwich. The person on the inside greeted me andtook care of me. The young lady at the drive through should not be at the drive through. He attitude was awful! The staff is slow, rude and has the worst attitudes in the evenings. Don't bother placing a mobile order bc you'll still be... waiting 20-30 min in the drive thru as your food and drinks just sit there. They're usually out of supplies as well but won'tbother telling you that it will affect your order. And again, the blatantly rude attitudes- why work if you don't want to givegreat Customer Service? Even tho I love Starbucks, this location is by far the worst. I had to wait so long for my drinks which is FINE I understand... there?s staff issues everywhere now. The wait is fine BUT while I was waiting for my drink in the drive thru line, 2 employeesdecided to try another persons drink just because it looked good. If I am paying more than 6 dollars for a drink; I wouldn?twant people taking a sample before I, the customer, get to taste it first. Do not recommend this location. Read more
They can be a bit hit or miss. The morning staff is fantastic but in the afternoon sometimes the drinks aren't made right. Good... selection of mugs and the interior is always clean. Read more
Service was great, there wasn?t an unreasonable wait at all, and the barista wrote a kind note on the cup. So sweet :)
Did not fill my venti cup, did the same thing to the car in front of me. If I wanted less, I would?ve ordered a smaller size.... Starbucks is too expensive to not get a full cup. These are pics before and after the whip cream melted. Extremely disappointed. Read more
I?ve been coming here for a bit consistently, from every interaction I have had with the staff it hasn?t been pleasant. They... consistently forget to give us the sandwiches we asked for. One time we waited 10 minutes to get a sandwich. And on top of thattoday, the woman in the drive thru took our order, we got to the window, paid with the app, and we sat there for 8 minutes whilethe staff messed around and were getting orders wrong. As her coworker said out loud ?your messing up all the orders.? Afterthat the woman comes back to the window looks at us with a blank stare and says ?what?s your order?? I told her and she laughsand gives it to us. The consistent unprofessional from the employees is disappointing as a customer service worker myself. It?s shouldn?t have taken 15 minutes when no one was in line to get a grande ice white mocha. Read more
