I am glad this is one of the few remaining Starbucks without a drive thru. If you want a coffee that bad get out and walk to get... it instead of spewing toxic fumes and taking up space. Read more

They made messed up my order with the wrong milk substitute. I was supposed to get oatmilk, but I received soy milk in my latte.... This place is okay, but not the best Starbucks. Read more

No mobile order, no drive thru and rude staff! Pick an alternate location! I stopped coming here years ago because of the rude... staff. I guess I forgot how much I disliked this location and stopped by today while I was out shopping. After this visit Iremembered why I stopped coming here. The staff is still rude. This Starbucks gets 2 stars only because at least the drinks arecorrect. Read more

Bad service. Employees made me feel like I was interrupting their chill time. First barista very obviously avoided taking my... order and had someone else do it instead. Waited over 10 minutes to get a grande drink while two other customers were servedVERY quickly. The same barista (didn?t catch her name) also didn?t even acknowledge my presence when she finished making mydrink, which btw wasnt good. If you?re gonna have bad service, you should at least have good drinks? Read more

This location is the closest to my job so OBVIOUSLY I try to frequent here. I literally order the same thing EVERYDAY and when... they get to it it?s made with love every single time. However, make sure you have at least 15-20 minutes to wait for ONE coffee!Today, I?ve had enough. I start MOST mornings with a white chocolate mocha from Starbucks. This morning in particular I feellike the wait time I experienced was well below par. Even another customer noticed I?d been waiting a really long time andsuggested that I should ask because they may have forgotten. I counted 8 drinks prepared and given out before I asked thecoffee-rista if they had started making it. Once she confirmed no, I asked would a refund be processed quicker because it was755 (I arrived and ordered at 740) and I had to get to work. She replied with what I feel was attitude that the manager couldprocess it. So I go back to the register. The manager quickly processed my refund and gives me my receipt. I look at it and therefund was NOT in full. I had to ask for ALL of my money back. I want to leave the employees at this particular location withthis: I have been to several other Starbucks. I love Starbucks. Your horrible customer service won?t stop me from patronizingthe company, nor your location! I DEMAND the same amazing experience I receive at EVERY OTHER LOCATION! I appreciate customerservice forwarding this to the district manager and the $20 credit but the best way for us to resolve this issue is for themanagement and team to get on board with the brand :).
