I placed an online order here today ? It was to take 30 minutes to prepare. I arrived after the 30 minutes and had to wait for... 15 because they had not started it. I then asked for a refund because they were more concerned with making the orders of thepeople in the line. The rude manager, Andrae, flat out refused to issue my refund or begin to make my order. He kept shoutingthat he was short-staffed. I understand that; however, my order came in well before anyone in the line, and he still refused tomake it until everyone in the bar was served. I asked for the refund again, and he refused, saying he would ?Do it later.? Ihad to leave without my salads or the $60.00 I had paid for them. I have NEVER been so disrespected before ? and in front of theentire store. The nerve is this man! These bad reviews of this location are accurate ? avoid it at all costs. I usually go to the Salata on Peachtree Corners, but since I was in the area I decided to try this Salata and it was amazing!... The salad I had was so refreshing and tasty, and the employee who served me gave me his full attention and made sure that mysalad was worth every dime. The hardworking Indian worker made me feel like I was more than just a customer to him and answeredall of my questions due to the dietary restrictions that I have. His positive attitude and alluring smile showed the love he hadfor this salad place and attracted me into wanting to return to this location. This location has such amazing employees thatmake sure to cater to all your needs! Because of that particular worker, I will make sure that this Salata is my new go-to spot! Read more
I went to Salata for the first time ever recently and the experience did not disappoint. The service was excellent, but one... employee stood out to me in particular. I can?t remember his name, but he was the kindest Indian boy. He was very helpful and hepatiently answered all of my questions with a smile on his face. He genuinely seemed like such a hard worker and you could tellhe really enjoyed his job. I hope he knows he was very appreciated! Read more
I visited Salata a couple weeks ago and my experience was phenomenal. I am only writing this review now because there was one... employee that stood out to me in particular. I haven't stopped thinking about him since his demeanor and his respect for thecustomers was nothing short of amazing. I wish other restaurants and franchises selected such great employees as this Salata.This young man was so patient and carried a smile on his face the entire time I was configuring my salad. I couldn't help butsmile as well! The only downside of Salata is that it's not open 24/7 :( To the young Indian boy who works there, I hope yousee this message and know that you are appreciated. This my first time at Salata and I will definitely be returning. There are not many options in this area for healthy, quick,... good food and this is perfect. I work very nearby and I'll definitely be a regular. The small salad is plenty and affordable. Icame in the early evening and the lettuce was very fresh as well as all of the toppings. So pleased to see the variety of whatwas offered. The chicken was delicious, but my favorite was the herb vinaigrette. They need employees!! Food fine I think the one at Halcyon is fine, but this is terribly slow. Like cringy awkward with people... after waiting for 10 to 15 minutes walking out the door because one person runs the whole restaurant. Where are the ownersrolling the sleeves up? Nowhere to be found. I have been twice totally dead and a 10 minute wait just to get started. I feellike there should be at least three people working the line to manage the customers. It?s good but not worth that kinda ofwait. No thank you. ????.UPDATE: Went today 11/9/2022 near noon to potentially update my initial rating of ?1?. Trying weeksafter.
