We loved the welcoming staff and of course the food. We order bang bang shrimp, chicken and gyro platter. Bang Bang Shrimp was... bit salty for us probably because of the sauce. But the Chicken and Gyro Platter was well portioned and DELICIOUS. Enjoyed theCream Brulee and Persian Ice cream. :) Read more

Decided to eat here because I was next door at Emory. I really like middle eastern food but this place has a slightly different... flavor than all the other middle eastern restaurants I?ve dined in. The owner is from Iran which might explain the falafel beingprepared differently and the sauces being so tasty. Everything was fresh, the meat was tender and the service was excellent! Read more

Having driven past this spot countless times, we decided to finally give them a try. We were not disappointed. We started off... with the Kash-o-badanjoon, which is a roasted eggplant dish, similar to Baba ghanoush, and made with garlic, crispy onions andmint. It was delicious! We tried the soup of the day which was lentil and it was some of the best lentil soup we've had (andwe've had a lot!). Lots of options for vegetarians too. The Fattoush salad and the falafel wrap combo were both tasty. Theservice from the manager and our server, Dev was excellent. We will definitely be back. Read more

NOTE: We're biased as we are originally from Metro Detroit, having eaten at many Mediterranean restaurants, and have friends how... own and/or cook at restaurants. We were in metro Atlanta and had chosen this place based on online reviews as we really missgood Mediterranean food. The hummus was tasty, though it was an unusual color (our guess was that that they added sumac). Itdoes not show up clearly in the picture but it was pink. Our server was wonderful, friendly and attentive throughout themeal. We're used to Mediterranean meals being served with multiple baskets of complementary fresh baked pita bread and sides oftoum. Our server did not even seem to know what toum was and the pita bread seemed to be considered a highly precious commodity;we did not see the typical wood fired oven to bake pita bread.. Also, oddly, there was no bottle of olive oil on the table. Idid not see ANY kibbeh on the menu; While it's not unheard of to not see kibbeh nayeh because there needs to be significantclient demand to prevent waste, we did expect to see baked kibbeh and were disappointed it was not available. The lentil soupwas different from any I have ever had before. While tasty, it was based on a much stronger broth than I expected. TheAvgolemono was disappointing. Also missing was shish tawook and shawarma (two of our favorites) For the main course we went with(chicken & lamb) kabobs and gyros. The rice seemed very unusual with no vermicelli and topped with something yellow (visible inpictures on their web site). Seemed to be a little less flavor than we expected. I forgot to take pictures of the entrees butthey are visible on their web site. The lamb kabob was very tasty and the chicken was good as well. The gyros meat wastasty. The overall portions were MUCH smaller than we generally expect, both the appetizer and the entrees. As a result weordered dessert. The baklava was tasty, though it had far more cinnamon than expected and I'd suggest requesting them to Read more
