Parker impressed me. Very professional, welcoming, and creates the perfect atmosphere. The food was amazing, had the appetizer... sampler to start and I was able to get a taste of the restaurants skills. My main entree was the hibachi trio. All cooked toperfection. Absolutely love the food, atmosphere and staff at this place. My new favorite place in downtown Duluth. Francis (super... bartender/server) started us off with saki bombs and then our group of 8 each ordered a roll and shared. All the rolls wereoutstanding especially the Crowd surfer and groupie rolls. New spot with incredible service, food, and drinks. We sat at the bar area and tried a Fierce Franny. It was so refreshing and... was very light. For our dishes we ordered a Crowd Surfer roll as well as a medal head roll. Both were a smashing hit! We willdefinitely be repeat customers. Also, bonus points for the classic rock n roll music.
