I got a 16 piece and an 8 piece the sides we had was coleslaw, Mac& cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken and the... mashed potatoes was good, but our Coleslaw was frozen and the mac&cheese was very greasy. I tried to call the them to tell themabout my experience but no answer. Like most Popeyes franchises, waits here are pretty epic. The waits are exacerbated by the fact that they randomly lock the... store many hours before the in store closing time posted on the doors. This causes people with prior takeout orders to have towait another half an hour or more in the drive through. Food is generally tasty, everything else (ordering, wait times, service)excruciating. HORRIBLE. Got an 8 piece nugget meal. Fries looked and tasted old. Bit into a nugget and it had the consistency and taste of... drywall. I will NEVER eat here again. Glad I looked and tasted before sharing with my kid. Absolutely gross and a complete wasteof money. Read more
We ordered online. One order was a three-piece tenders with red beans and rice. The other was three-piece dark meat with mashed... potatoes and gravy. When we went through the drive-thru to pick it up, we were told they were ?out of chicken.? Meaning nobone-in chicken. So we subbed for three tenders. Got home and this is what we received. One box had one big tender and two tinypieces that had almost no chicken in them. The other box was three equally tiny pieces. We got a tiny helping of fries insteadof the requested sides. No sauce either. We should?ve checked our order before we left, but this was ridiculous. Especially forover $10 per meal. This location has been the worst at everything. I went there today to get a blackened chicken sandwich and was told they had... bone and hadn?t had any and won?t be getting any. I then pulled into a parking spot and make an order for what she stated shedid not have and was able to go inside and pick it up. So I made another order and went back into the line and asked for theitem again only for her to disrespect and told me they haven?t had it for a while now. So I told her by the way can I get myorder and she was shocked mind you my order is ready and she said it?s not and for me to get a refund because they don?t have itbhas no idea what I look like or who I?m she has never seen me and I have not disrespected her or raise my voice so she has nopersonal reason.
