I've been here a few times and it's always really good. Their roast duck, crispy pork, and honey bbq pork are awesome.

I came to this please when they first opened a few years ago but haven't come back again today. I think this will be my go to... place for duck - even though it's a little out of the way for when I go grocery shopping at Jusgo, Great Wall since it's on theother side of I-85. I used to go to Ming's as it's right there... but the owner/manager (whoever he is) at Ming's kinda has someweird vibe (snobbery or just apathetic?) I mean Ming's duck is fine, nothing to write home about and I think it's like $1cheaper. But the duck at Pleasant BBQ tasted better than Ming's and was not overly fatty. A cute little hole-in-the-wall place with some delicious roast pork that easily rivals other BBQ places around Duluth. The skin... is crispy and not too salty, and the meat is slightly sweet. The only downside is that it was a bit cold, but nothing a littlereheating can't fix. Read more

BBQ pork was absolutely tender, juicy, and delicious. The roast pork skin was wonderfully crispy and the meat tender and tasty.... Hands down the best BBQ pork and roast pork in town. Can’t wait to try the duck and other dishes. ???????? Read more
