I love getting smoothies from here. It always tastes great.
Arrived at PS in Duluth on 3/13/22 and was met with locked doors. The store was completely dark. The hours on the door indicated... 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Not sure why the store was closed, however, I have given this location one too many chances to get it rightand they continue to disappoint. I visit this store frequently and LOVE it!! Best Planet Smoothie location around. The customer service is amazing and the store... is always clean. You can't go wrong with any smoothie you get but my favorite is the Amazon Kick. My children also love thecaptain kid smoothie. Highly recommend this location!! Read more
I've visited this Planet Smoothie location on 2 occasions and on each visit, both the service and my smoothie were excellent! ... The staff greeted me upon entry, I had a very short wait to be served, I asked for a recommendation both times and they didn'tdisappoint. My experience at this Planet Smoothie was outstanding. My hubby and I just came from workout and he told me the Publix?s... shopping plaza just add our favorite smoothie place. The service was amazing on the Saturday before, I decided to make anothertrip on that next Thursday for customer appreciation day. I run my own business as well this what a Service Should Be. The way the owner responds to these reviews is wild. Rude much? I placed an order for the wrong location. They made such a stink... about refunding my order. It as an honest mistake and there was no way I could've driven that far on my lunch break. Also, Itried calling them right after placing my order and kept getting sent to voicemail. I called 5 times. So I placed a new orderfor the correct location. It's all about wording and the way you say things. Below was the explanation of the refund for myorder. "Adjustment Processed: FULL REFUND -$10.01 Adjustment Explanation from the Restaurant: Customer no longer wants order:Kellie made a mistake and ordered from the incorrect location. The store made the smoothie and had to dispose of it. We arerefunding this order as a courtesy. Please refund Kellie's order in full. Thanks!" Why make such a point to say the store hadto dispose of the smoothie?! I'm sorry, but that is just poor customer service. And by reading the rest of these reviews...youall don't know how to talk to people...maybe answer the phone when somebody is calling your place of business. Read more
