We ordered a pizza at 8:00, and it still hasn?t come yet. We called them, only to be put on hold with no further response. When... they did answer, we were put on hold again afterwards. They reassured us that it will be delivered soon, after already waiting 2hours, but there is still no pizza. If you want to order pizza from here, DON?T. I recommend not wasting your time on a pizzathat will not arrive. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would because 1 star is still too much for this place. Read more
Always enjoy Pizza hut but twice already I called to make a special instruction for a pork allergy for my doordash order and... this same woman says I need to contact doordash about that. DOORDASH DOESNT MAKE THE PIZZA!! I've done this before numeroustimes and they never gave me an issue, i provide them the name and the order and they affirm that they recieved it and take careof it. Second time this has happened with this woman, I ordered again trying to give it another chance but now I feel I won'teven try again in the future. I don't know if she's new or if she just hasn't been with me on the phone prior to these two casesbut she does need to do a better job at not scaring away customers. I almost never go out of my way to write reviews and I'mvery patient but this woman has no logic. How am I supposed to ask dordash to not cross contaminate my food that pizza hutmakes? I?ve always had great experiences with this location but tonight it left a bad taste in my mouth. Pizza was out for delivery... over an hour, I called 20 minutes after it was ?out for deliver? at 9:43 because I live less than 10 minutes away. When my foodwas delivered it was extremely cold. I paid 40 bucks to receive cold food. I called the store to complain and was told they onlyhad one driver and he had multiple orders. Totally unacceptable!! Read more
Buford Hwy location in Duluth GA has zero quality control. They sent me two severely undercooked pizzas. We all took a bite and... decided to throw that garbage away. Google reviews puts them at 3 but I don't think they should be that highly graded. Less than1 star for not being edible. Less than zero stars for having that feeling that I can't bring this to their attention withoutretaliation. I would literally have more fun lighting $50 on fire than I would giving it to this poorly run store for basicallynothing. Read more
Girl in the front was extremely extremely rude. They have a big sign in the front about curbside, I text the number, it asked... for my vehicle type and I waited 15 minutes (pizza should have already been ready) I finally went it aude and mentioned to theemployee that I textwd for the curbside service. She rudely said we don't do curbside 30 minutes before close. I explained I didNOT KNOW THIS and that the automated response should be turned off so you don't sit out side waiting thinking someone via goingto bring it out. She was just extremely rude. Ive ordered from here 3 times in the past month and only had an issue one time. I've never had my order messed up and they are... usually quick although one of those times, the driver didn't come so I had to pick up my pizza. Since then, I've had no issuesthough. The pizza is always delicious. :) Update: So this place is definitely hit or miss but due to this last issue I gottatake them all the way down from 4 stars to one star as my service experience was completely unacceptable. I ordered 2 mediumpizzas. It was around 11pm so I was okay with the 65-75 minute wait time for delivery. I checked the delivery tracker after 30minutes and it said that the pizza was out for delivery. After still not receiving the pizza an hour after I ordered it, Idecided to call and see if the pizza was actually out for delivery yet since I'm less than 10 minutes away. A female answers,"Pizza Hut. We're closed!" I let her know that I'm calling about an order I placed already and hadn't received. "All deliveriesare out" I understand she wants to go home but I'm trying to figure out where my food is so I don't get upset yet. I ask whenthe driver is expected to complete his deliveries. She says any time now. I advise her that it had been over an hour since Iplaced the order. She looks up the order and informs me that my pizza was delivered, signed for, and a tip was left on mycard!!! Now, I'm upset. I ask where the pizza was delivered to. She repeats my address. I explained that I live in a gatedcommunity and no one buzzed me from the gate to even get in. She calls the driver who didn't answer. Ordered a pizza here for delivery. The delivery was late but that's okay. The driver apologized and was extremely nice. Got my... Pizza it's undercooked and doughy. I ask for light sauce because they sometimes put too much I got no sauce. I called thelocation to make a complaint. A nice young lady answered the phone took my complaint and told her manager. I could hear becauseshe did not put me on hold. The female manager had a nasty attitude and said oh well I'm not sending a driver out there. If shewants it remade she will come up here. I can understand going there if I did carry out but I did delivery for a reason. Themanager would not come to the phone, so I ask the young lady that answered the phone for corporates number.
