I found the cakes very average, kind of dry and lacked the taste that I've had at other better places. Also, the price seems so... high as if it's a high end boutique bakery. I'm not sure if I'm going here again. Read more
Duluth location- Customer service was awful. No greeting or anything. The female at the counter just immediately asked if we... were there for a pickup no other words spoken. I asked if I could see the size of the full size cake and she stated it was a 9inwhich I still wanted to see. She wouldn?t show me what a 9in cake looked like or how many it fed.So, while I asked questionsabout the prices of other items she rushed me asking what flavor and proceeded to ring up the full size white chocolate cakewhile I was still inquiring about other items. She then totals me out and mumbles the total. Very rude. I won?t be back to thislocation again. Hopefully the cake is good. I was so upset I did a review before leaving the parking lot. Do better! Customer service was below average. But the cakes were really bad. They were dry, and seemed really old. It?s Friday, start of... the weekend, I would have thought they?d be fresh. The last few times I have bought cake from a piece of cake it?s been prettygross. Ended up just throwing it out. All five of us family members bought one each and all of us didn?t eat it. Read more
I ordered cupcakes on November 27th for my husband?s birthday dinner. The cupcakes were extremely dry and not edible by our... guest. This was very disappointing as this was a special occasion. I specifically asked if the cupcakes were fresh because theones on display didn?t look fresh. The young lady assured me they were, saying they got these fresh after the Thanksgivingholiday. Our company ordered cakes from this establishment for years. Unfortunately for me I should have read the reviews andpurchased somewhere else. It?s not acceptable to charge a premium price for a subpar product. Shame on you. Read more
