If you want to go to a place where you don't get served, come here. I had a pick up scheduled, the front doors were closed and... no matter how much you touch no one will go out, I went through the pick up window and no one came out either. I was wrong. After coming here several more times, my experiences have pretty much nullified the one bad experience I've had... previously. While I still wouldn't rely on delivery, ordering food here for carryout has been pretty consistent both in time andquality. Pizza's always hot ready for me to pick up on time by the time I arrive, and the service is pretty good, even in lightof the staffing shortage. All in all, I'll keep coming back. Read more

I ordered a Large Cheese pizza today (10/9/22) at 8:34 pm and I didn?t receive a notification that the pizza was out for... delivery until 9:32 pm. When I got that notification it said 20-25 minutes for delivery.the pizza didn?t arrive until 10:02 pm,and we weren?t notified at our house via a knock or ring on our door bell. The pizza sat outside for ten minutes before werealized. I would go 1 star on this review but I am being generous with 2 stars as I realize there must have been a shortage ofstaff, new employees, low amount of drivers, etc. However I will leave it at this as why I?m dissatisfied and disappointed. I don't order from here often. Placed an online order, staff was nice, food was good. But why were all the lights off and the... door locked? I understand security, but it was 7:15pm. Had to wait 15 mins in the drive thru instead of just walk in and out. Read more

Just ordered pizza through their site paid 4.99 delivery fee 5.98 tip, they stole the tip and paid doordash driver 2.50 to... deliver. The doordasher showed me their final payout of 2.50 no tip. I showed them how I tipped online and they wereflabbergasted they didn?t get a tip. This store is unethical and they actively steal tips from third party delivery driversbecause they are too pathetic to pay people enough to deliver for them. I called the store they denied everything, like theyalways do. I?ve had this happen multiple times, they are stealing from us! I would like the tip back that my driver neverreceived. Read more

I ordered 3 pizzas 2 hours before the scheduled pickup for easy quick dinner after a long week. The app quoted me 41 mins . I... ran the errands I had and before I headed to the restaurant I called to confirm the timing. The phone rang for 10 minutes andcouldn't speak to anyone at the location. I called again and automated voice advised that pizzas would be ready in 5 minutes(7:22 pickup) this had matched what the app said. I then made the 15 minute drive over and arrived at 7:37. When I walked in Iwas met with stares but no greeting. I stood at the counter for another 5-10 minutes and again no one acknowledged my presence.I understood it was Friday night and therefore busy. When I was finally asked what I needed I provided my name and they toldthey had just started making the pizzas. I had to another 15 minutes for them to cook and actually be ready. The next day Ifilled out the survey to explain my issues with the service and mentioned the slight issues I had with the customer service. Thegeneral manager,Dee, responded to my complaint with directions on how to use the app. Never once apolozing or even acknowledgingthe time I had to stand there or the time I had wasted on hold while they let the phone ring. Been ordering large order (15-17 pizza) with this papa john for my church and in the beginning, they were good but past few... months, they are really struggling. Not able to deliver food on time so forcing me to pick up and on top of it, they cannotrefund delivery or the tip I have paid?
