Visiting from Florida here. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Quality of meat was absolutely not fresh at all.... Plus, the serving sizes were absolutely ridiculous. How are you gonna charge $30 and then give out meat enough for one person.Very limited options on the conveyor belt. Usually Hotpot places will give you a ladle and a bowl to serve yourself, I wasstruggling to eat anything at all as I had to dig in my boiling hot pot to find what I wanted to eat. On top of that, theservice was horrible! Not welcoming at all. Server just seemed like they didn?t want to be there at all. Yeah sure, as I walkedin it seemed like the manager was very friendly and told us to wait 10 minutes as we were the only people in there. Read more

Conveyor style all you can eat Chinese hot pot inside the Great Wall Supermarket shopping center in Gwinnett. My first time... visit and sat in the individual table where you get your own stove. Order soup stock at the start before picking or mixing yourown dipping sauce from a big selection of some 20+ varieties. Side ingredients & vegetables came by way of the rotating conveyorbelt next to the table. Meat are ordered separately (beef, pork & lamb) from menu. Cost around $30 per person plus drink.Ingredients are pretty fresh and selection are quite extensive. Not a bad deal considering this is all can eat, highlyrecommended for small group or single dining. Read more

I had a great experience here for my first time having hotpot again after 3 years. There were a lot of food on the revolving,... there were fish, clamps, noodles, meatball, fish cakes, etc. all were really good but I especially liked the dumplings. Theyalso had a sauce station with many sauce options. You would want to add some sauces to your hotpot for more flavor! It's 28.99per person for 90 minutes which I think is pretty fair. The only thing is that there was a old food smell on 1 of the aisle whenI went to the bathroom. The food were great but not very memorable. And service was okay. Read more

I've seen the reviews. I questioned the service too. Regarding ONE particular female server, my friend and I were amazed at how... polite, attentive, and delightful she was. If she's working, I PROMISE you: the service won't be what the bad reviews concernedabout. **Anyone else though? I can't vouch for them.** I Luckily didn't have service that I've seen about rude staff & beingmicromanaged at an AYCE establishment. I'm not dismissing any of the reviews' concerns. However, my ONE and only experience interms of service was surprisingly 5 stars worthy. Food-wise? It's not bad. I wouldn't recommend the Tom Yum broth, butotherwise, it was an Okay experience. The variety was surprisingly vast, including Fish Maw (if im not mistaken), Squid FishBall, and Tofu Skin. If you want to give it a shot, I'm not going to dissuade you from it, but I just hope you get the server Idid. Read more

I have had fondue many times, but never tried Hot Pot. Today was my first time here or anywhere for Hot Pot, and this place was... excellent. The selection was great and the sauce bar had great flavor enhancers. The service was very good. Read more
