I ordered from Moe's online via Uber Eats. The burrito was very cold and greasy and Poor taste. They didn't send my red salsa... with the chips. I called and the female who answered said she was the manager..she refused to give me her name. She wasextremely rude. I don't understand how they have a 4.7 star on Uber Eats menu. Worst Moes ever. I dont usually leave reviews at all, but if you want to eat nice and a good portions meal, dont go to this... Moes. If it was possible I would give them zero stars. Employees barely know English & How to run a register. Whenever you go to this... location with a coupon they always say we can?t do it or don?t know how to. When speaking to the manager who calls himselfCameron, instead of apologizing and coming to a solution his excuse was they are understaffed, they have system issues, and theemployees don?t know how to work the register. I?m not sure why you would have someone at the register when they don?t know howto work it. Also, The manager said go to another location we are not going to do it. They have the worst customer service. Thisis not the first time it has happened I had multiple customers with me who had the same issue. This location really needs toshut down. I also found out this location has Cockroaches and they don?t keep it clean. Health inspection definitely needs totake a look at this place. Customer service is trash!!! They didn?t add cheese or sour cream and refuse to add it to my food. I called and was told by the... unprofessional little girl on the phone she don?t know what to tell me. I sent my friend up they the manager jumps up veryrudely and unprofessional asking if I?m going take the food or not. Pretty much making it clear they weren?t going fix my orderyou can clearly see what I asked for on the receipt.I hate to make this a race thing but when you walk into establishment andeverybody working behind the counter is the same race in the only people who is getting treated with respect is the samenationality as the workers it?s definitely a issue. While I enjoy Moe?s as a franchise, I have never had good service at their Pleasant Hill Location. The team members go above and... beyond to be rude. I have had three offers now on my APP that they would not honor (see pictures and receipt). I get some itemsare location specific, but they are listed as participants. The food looked very dry this visit, as if it had been sitting for awhile. The team members were wearing masks around their chin and below the mouth, defeating the purpose of wearing them at all,no gloves being used, touching skin and hair. If you look at my receipt and the remaining photos, they told us they were closingearly and could dine in until then. That made me feel rushed, I couldn?t enjoy my food in their establishment. This is the dirtiest Moe's I've ever been in. Out of 16 tables, only 2 were clean. The fountain drink area was disgusting. The... employees were rude and having their own conversations with each other whilst I was trying to give my order. They need to dobetter. Read more
