Absolutely awful! The MANGER served Brick cold fries after we asked for fresh fries. We sat in the line for 7 minuntes and we... were STILL served cold stale food. The Manager is rude and stated that he heard me order fresh fries over the intercom butstill served ice cold stale fries. Thursday Nov 3rd at 4:20P.M. Very unprofessional and rude! All the other reviews says thesame! The Manager is not a good example to the crew! The crew listened to him lie. So we got a refund and took out businesselsewhere. Read more
We contacted Uber Eats. It is your responsibility.. We ordered this morning and you have a record. We had Bug in food and... unbearable. It poses a safety issue. Their crew trainer Evelin or something was very disrespectful. She was also very unprofessional to her crew members when I... overheard her. She tried to give me this cold food and my coffee I asked for as fresh just tasted like just water. That driverthru guy Davin is very nice I come here often and get a great and mature attitude from him every time it?s a shame hes not oneof their trainers. My last visit wasn't the best to say the least. The employees were not the nicest at all. No hello, no smiles, no have a nice... day nothing that would make me want to go back. Very cold & zero professionalism. Basically they should have plainly said giveme your money take your food & get out of my face. That's pretty much how it felt. Absolutely the slowest McDonald?s! I usually avoid this restaurant at all costs. However today I figured I would give it a... chance. Bad choice. After waiting for the line to move forward twenty minutes (only because I was blocked in) I went ahead andordered. Took forever again! No ice in the drinks, the fries were burnt and inedible, we asked 3 times for bbq sauce and gotketchup, the manager was completely rude and even swore at us. Where do I begin....On June 15th at 10:45pm, I went into the McDonald's at Peachtree Industrial Blvd and State Bridge Road. I... started in drive-thru, but after sitting there for about 10 minutes with not moving traffic (and on a previous occasion having adrive through experience of over 20+ minutes), I decided to go inside to order. My thought was that it would be faster, sincedrive thru was not moving at all. Well...with only 1 couple and myself inside of restaurant, my order still took over 15minutes. But while waiting I decided to take photos of the inside of the restaurant because it was totally a disaster from frontend, to lobby, to bathroom, to on and on! When asked where the manager was I was told in the office...my thought was withdrive-thru not moving, 3 people in the lobby that are waiting for their order, and the mess through the restaurant...the lastplace she should be is in the office. To see is to believe and all I can say is the quality of workers today are at the verylowest. If your leader is leading you in the wrong direction...it's time to get rid if the leader.
